i witnessed one matatu conducter in ukunda..the young man was drunk with drugs...his zip was open,he was totally finished and not stable,he tried to pickpocket a school girl and i saw it and alerted the girl..if not so he could have stolen the school fees.he was lucky nobody shouted thieve! truelly speaking the government has to do somthing about this drugs coz young nice men out there are finished with this drugs....

stupid drugs laws are to blame- a person smokes cannabis and realises its NOT harmful, then tries heroin thinking same lies apply-they dont-one more addicts-plus, because cannabis is illagal u have to buy it from dealers who also sell heroin.
in usa more people drank when it was illegal-prohibition creates the problem-crime almost stopped when they prescribed heroin in my area! also pure heroin is not toxic,illegal H is.
