To me this song makes sense. It's about freeing your mind from what the world has taught us about God and humans. In this video she is fighting herslef (her ego) to free herself from this shell (or the Matrix from the movie) and at the end she does when she defeats her ego. Her eyes are then able to be opened to the truth of herself and God (The Source or the Universe)!
