I remember playing ace combat my first one was ace combat 5 it was a great game I liked how you have these special planes like the falken which you had to unlock that was cool

Then came ace combat 6 it was really good new weapons planes and I really enjoy flying the CFA-44 that thing rapes can't wait until this one comes out

HAWX 1 actually has a really good story line and intense events and also I loved the gameplay, which is better than that of the past AC's in my opinion. And what's up with that cheezy anime developments in AC's? HAWX 1 = intense gameplay and story, AC = cheezy shit story, poor gameplay and physics but still has epic battles (can't deny that).

But this new AC will OWN HAWX for sure. =)

It seems like they took out alot of the "skill" elements that the old games required :(. But you never know, maybe it'll be more challenging :). It looks awesome, and the series hasn't disappointed me yet. I nearly hyperventilated when I first heard this was coming out.
