TY for all the comments. it just so happen that the event is right beside my son's hospital. this was taken at the parking lot of tampa general hospital. the male voice at the background is the one giving footage to GMA news and the noisy cute voice cheering for the Philippines is my 5 years old baby.

I feel proud being a Filipino this week. and seeing pinoys here help the Dragon boat team is heartwarming.
