i hate when mario fans start bitching about sonic if you hate his games keep it to your self no one gives a shit if you like or dislike sonic. i for one love sonic and i can care less about link mario zelda crash or any othere games i like them but i like sonic better :P
The reason I found the mouth comments funny is cos I've seen (and ahem.. maybe been responsible for, cough) bad touch up jobs on graphics before. All it takes is using the wrong Photoshop filter and no one in management noticing :-D

Judging a game by a logo is not reasonable. However, it does at least suggest that it's going to be another rehash. Most were hoping for an original game, but one that is still based on the things that made the classics great.
Given their track record, this game probably won't be all that amazing. This judgement isn't based solely on the logo, though. The main problem with the game is that it's low budget, so of course it's going to be less than a satisfactory sequel to the trilogy.

And what are you talking about? SEGA's recent track record is amazing, what with like 4-6 (Depending on your opinion) good Sonic games coming out between now and 2009, and Sonic 4-1 wasn't even bad. It just didn't have the physics right, but on it's own it's still a good game.

@Conkerdeath Yes I did. Sonic 06 is NOT as bad as everyone thinks, but I can only speak for myself. Chronicles was AMAZING. Sure the graphics were a bit bad, but the game was pure win. Secret Rings.. I haven't played much of that. But I know it's good as well. There's really no such thing as a bad Sonic game, IMO
