ugh ok just to clarify. this game is not turning into transformers. sweet tooth has been able to 'transform' since TM: black (it's kinda his thing now) and the iron maiden thing is a boss and not the only one as each faction has their own boss because calypso gave them a load of money to go away and make one and iron maiden belongs to the doll face faction. hope this helps peeps.

If you noticed in Twisted Metal: Black, during Doll Face's cutscene her boss was making the clown mask that Needles Kane wears. What's weird is we never know how he got the mask. At first I thought maybe he killed her boss and took the mask but she got away, like how he says she got away in this video. But she killed her boss at the end of her playthrough. Who knows.

I think they actually removed the sweet shred because if you noticed he never actually uses it in this trailer and somewhat new videos show him without it, also it should be on the right arm because Sweet Tooth is right handed, and if you do a ground slam with a gatling that is longer than your arm, then it's going to get bent.
