I think blending pastry by hand is paramount for someone who isnt exper in pastry making..too easy to over mix in a processor... a bit like running before walking...just my opinion Candra I love fresh salmon, even canned salmon but have just never developed a taste for smoked salmon but I bet these make great appetizers & I will certainly give them a try for guests.Happy New Year!
