For those of you who are wondering why he puts a sausage and cabbage in his noodles, this is his reasons for it (from his home page forum):

".......for each of the noodles I sample, they are a valuable meal for me, so also to consider nutrition, I put a sausage and cabbages.

The same topping is used each time not only because of personal preference but so that the taste of the products will not be altered with different toppings each time. If I add eggs or bacon or green onions (cont.)
