These are great shoulder pads. Wore mine for the first time last night...the ability to move and customize the way this pad fits is a very nice feature. Very light. Very mobile. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Also I am a 5' 8" 150 lbs bantam minor power forward who is constantly stick is head into the thick of things and usually dishing out monster checks and then creating a huge kind of brawl but no one wants to take me on but cause I usually do this to get the puck in front of the net I get hit in the chest and my s17 have really wimpy chest protection and it hurts alot to absorb direct blows to the chest and stand up so i was asking which of the premier pads are the best for my style of play, and
@JustinMovalli20 Projekt is a good choice, but the X60 would be my number one recommendation. Nice chest coverage, thick, but excellent mobility. For more personal gear ranks and other new stuff check out "Tyson at IW Hockey" and "Erik at IW Hockey" on facebook.
@icehockeywarehouse Thanks now that I know this i can make a better decion (but personally I have never had bauer shoulder pads kinda saw them and went oh maybe if later) thanks again tho
Hey Inlineicewarehouse I'm an asmathatic looking for great chest protection so when I take chest shots I don't have to leave the ice to do a nebulizer, I was thinking these or the s19s what do you think
if your still in the market you need to look at farrell pads. they arent that great for taking big hits into the boards but they have unreal chest protection and are really comfortable.
what is the most protective shoulder pad out there as far as shoulder prrotection. I have seperated my shoulder and chipped my collar bone so shoulder protection is high on my list. I was thinking these or the RBK 10k. any suggestions? dsnt have to be from my little list. thanks
The Projekt shoulder pads are still going to be fairly bulky. The least bulky shoulder pads that we carry are the Sherwood 5030 shoulder pads. Besides those, any of the lower end shoulder pads will drop down in bulkiness.
im a big guy and i dont like when shoulder pads get really bulky. Which pair of shoulder pads besides the farrells would be good, what about these? thanks
what size are those youre wearing=?
