Well thats a load of crap! If there are 10 billion people who all have the same lifestyle and facilities as you and I do, all the worlds resources will be depleted in a few hundred years. Take a look at a fertility map of the planet. only about 10% of land mass is in some degree suitable for agricultural use, and constant irresponsable use will deplete even that at an exponential rate. The world as it is now is not sustainable, and would destroy itself if there were even more of us :P

There is no overpopulation we could fit everyone on a quarter acre of land in australia and still have queensland and the rest of the world left over.
