Yeaaah, i played it on the ps3 and it was so laggy, took forever to find matches, spawb kills up the ass, felt like the maps where empty with only 24 people. i thought this would be much better on the pc. 64 people better graphics and little to no lag? hell yea. the co op has like no missions, 7 if i remember i sold it.
Single player should count for 75% of the game, or at least it does for me. That's why I hate games like this and the Call of Duty series because the stories are so short. I beat Modern Warfare 3 in 7 hours!!!! That's WAY too short!! If your game's single player length is in the single digits of the amount of hours it takes just to complete it, not 100% it, then your game is horrible. I want a game that's over 15 hours long.
Battlefield 3 was terrible. First its multiplayer had terrible maps, shitty graphics (consoles) which is no excuse because all platforms should get equal footing, terrible music, lame interface (what was wrong with bad company 2's?) only thing I would rank highly is the sound design.

@MrFendeur what if you don't have Xbox Live/ PSN, and you don't have a PC powerful enough to play BF3, so you get it on a console? taking all of those factors in, single player campaign suddenly becomes EVERYTHING.
There are still small things EA should put like that u can see your own ping i can't see my own ping so i can't tell if it lags or not and weapon camos.

Modern FPSs are cool and stuff but i've been waiting for a Mulitiplatform game with Epic scale battles in Medieval or Ancient times where you play as a Trooper of your choice like an Archer(and other Long range units), Horsemen(and other mounted units), Infantry and etc. ( Could have skyrim like combat without the magic and stuff obviously) long have I wanted to be like a Roman or Greek, and even barbarian soldier fighting in an epic siege battle or an epic battle on some remote field. >sigh<

Yeah, the spawn exploits and the lag, and the terrible graphics on the PS3 made me trade this thing in and get it on PC. It's night and day. PC guys are merciless and don't make too many mistakes but 64 players, easier to rank up as there is more to shoot, It's fantastic on PC. Highly recommend it.

I've borrowed it from a friend on PS3, now I regret it.
The shader's don't work as good, textures are extremely ugly(especially when you are sniping) The trees look as if they were painted on a cardboard and then pasted into a game.
I sometimes think how arrogant need to be the console gamers to buy this on old 2005 machines. Even a laptop nowadays has better graphics!
all the cod singleplayer modes are the same thing -.- run to an area shoot the guys down and then advance its the same shit all the time in all of the cod games. And if u try to run past em you will die.
I love Angry Joe's reviews but the only thing I don't like about his reviews is that when he compares a PC game to the console version of the game he always makes it like the PC version is better and that you should buy it on PC not everybody has a gaming PC I think you should buy it on whatever you have and if you have all 3 buy the best version.

Some of the most nostalgic games for me was the age of empire series including age of mythology.
But what annoys me about pc gaming is the fact that pc gaming feel more restrictive then console gaming with the concept of Drm and the fact that you can't install the game on multiple computer.

I think that these game companies should focus on PC as thats where it all started and ofcourse they make the games on a PC. MW3 is the first game I have traded in in 10 years. I couldnt even finish the story mode it was so bad. And this is coming from the guy who takes pride in the fact that I do my first play through on Veteran. In my opinion Black Ops set the bar so high MW3 had no where to go but down. They could only milk the same formula for so long and MW3 was a step backwards. I mean who the hell didnt love Wager Matches eh? Now the whole economy is out. Infinity Ward didnt drop the ball, they shattered it.
Honestly, the first time I played threw the story/single player, I enjoyed it but I didn't really focus on the story of the game. I was mostly focusing on the multiplayer because,well hell thats what all of us love about Battlefield. But I am thinking about trying the story again I enjoyed it the first time with the action and set peices. But overall I enjoy Battlefield alot more than MW3. Battlefield is built and developed better than Call of Duty's overused engine/gameplay.
I don't mind the light and red dot in my face.....let's me know exactly where to shoot, I welcome it. The story was...but I pumped it up to the hardest setting and had a blast.
angry joe that sounds like the 1943 theme music which in someways is altered to the original. play and dance to the original BF1942 version which also comes with a BF video on the main menu of the game in the background. sounds way better and it true ive danced to this music and I love it greatly. though when u start bf3 how it has that sound with EA logo and the soliders running on console it makes me get in the mood for hrs of BF3 action.
The main theme is boring in this game, AI has always been shit in Battlefield Series- I'm not surprised about that. Single player has never been BF series strongest point. BF3 has its problems, but I enjoy the game and its better than MW3. Hopefully Dice will continue to patch.
Otherwise i agree with Joe but i would give 9/10 on pc. when i bought BF3 i played over 10 h on multiplayer before i even started singleplayer and even then i my internet were not working. i really would suggest that buy this game it's awesome.

I don't think bf3 is better than MW3 and vise versa. At the end of the, it all about a little thing called (remember this kiddies) "Personal Preference". For me, I "Personally Prefer" small maps and a simple and quick skirmish that I get from MW3 and it's a much more accessible game (you don't really need an advanced machine to run it well). I will admit BF3 seems cool with the vehicles, but I really don't care for that stuff. Again people... "Personal Preference".
I love my BF3, I love my Xbox 360. Sure, graphics aren't as good than on PC, but who gives a shit? They're excellent for console graphics, and the Main Theme (not the Dark Theme he used in the video) was pretty good. Problem? No one wants to hear it.
I've played it on PS3, Xbox and PC. Xbox is dubbed down in graphics. PS3 and PC is comparable though on PC you have more setting preferences. Even though Joe gave a lesser score for consoles, it's a 9/10 for me. The story could've been atleast two hours longer.

I love Angry Joe's reviews but the only thing I don't like about his reviews is that when he compares a PC game to the console version of the game he always makes it like the PC version is better and that you should buy it on PC not everybody has a gaming PC I think you should buy it on whatever you have and if you have all 3 buy the best version.

Call me a fanboy but Halo is a much better Fps then those two generic Fps.
It has less overpowered vehicles and guns.
It has a much better campaign then both of them.
And about using a pass-code on Origin to play battlefield 3 it suppose to be a DRM design to prevent from using the game on a other computer.

But what annoys me about pc gaming is the fact that pc gaming feel more restrictive then console gaming with the concept of Drm and the fact that you can't install the game on multiple computer.

@GenericUsername38 I agree with you on that but for me the graphics on PC games are (not all of the time) a lot better looking than the console versions, when they are made for consoles they usually are not though. I think that these game companies should focus on PC as thats where it all started and ofcourse they make the games on a PC. But obviously only a few of these companies will as a lot more people own consoles than a gaming PC.

MW3 is the first game I have traded in in 10 years. I couldnt even finish the story mode it was so bad. And this is coming from the guy who takes pride in the fact that I do my first play through on Veteran. In my opinion Black Ops set the bar so high MW3 had no where to go but down. They could only milk the same formula for so long and MW3 was a step backwards. I mean who the hell didnt love Wager Matches eh? Now the whole economy is out. Infinity Ward didnt drop the ball, they shattered it.

Honestly, the first time I played threw the story/single player, I enjoyed it but I didn't really focus on the story of the game. I was mostly focusing on the multiplayer because,well hell thats what all of us love about Battlefield. But I am thinking about trying the story again I enjoyed it the first time with the action and set peices. But overall I enjoy Battlefield alot more than MW3. Battlefield is built and developed better than Call of Duty's overused engine/gameplay.

angry joe that sounds like the 1943 theme music which in someways is altered to the original. play and dance to the original BF1942 version which also comes with a BF video on the main menu of the game in the background. sounds way better and it true ive danced to this music and I love it greatly. though when u start bf3 how it has that sound with EA logo and the soliders running on console it makes me get in the mood for hrs of BF3 action.

The main theme is boring in this game, AI has always been shit in Battlefield Series- I'm not surprised about that. Single player has never been BF series strongest point. BF3 has its problems, but I enjoy the game and its better than MW3. Hopefully Dice will continue to patch.

I don't think bf3 is better than MW3 and vise versa. At the end of the, it all about a little thing called (remember this kiddies) "Personal Preference". For me, I "Personally Prefer" small maps and a simple and quick skirmish that I get from MW3 and it's a much more accessible game (you don't really need an advanced machine to run it well). I will admit BF3 seems cool with the vehicles, but I really don't care for that stuff. Again people... "Personal Preference".

I love my BF3, I love my Xbox 360. Sure, graphics aren't as good than on PC, but who gives a shit? They're excellent for console graphics, and the Main Theme (not the Dark Theme he used in the video) was pretty good. Problem? No one wants to hear it.

I've played it on PS3, Xbox and PC. Xbox is dubbed down in graphics. PS3 and PC is comparable though on PC you have more setting preferences. Even though Joe gave a lesser score for consoles, it's a 9/10 for me. The story could've been atleast two hours longer.
