I have the guide that tells Rydia's age and I am guessing she is 17, but it all depends on how long she stays in the feymarch because the time in there is different than regular time in which case the time goes faster than normal. Since the after years takes place in 17 years later and she doesn't visit the feymarch often... I would think she would be 34 years old in the after years. Plus I played the after years and she looks really young, so I don't think she has enter her 40's yet.
