that is really freaking low, must of been less than a mile high, their averages cruise height is 40K feet (7 1/2 miles) probably higher if they are running missions, which then you probably wont even be able to see from the ground even if you tried.

As an additional note, in a combat zone these planes would be flying much higher, the B2 would likely fly unescorted (at least not anywhere near that close) and these planes are not making any attempt at being stealthy. They CAN be quieter (not easy that low but as mentioned they'd be higher) and the B2 can easily get in and be already flying away by the time the bombs hit without being detected. Never in war has one of these been shot down. And they've fought against some high tech stuff...

@alphainfernoattack no I lived at elmendorf when the F-22's came. I've seen them so much it's easy to tell (same with the 15's...) if you pause it in the realm of 0:20 to 0:30 (I couldn't get an exact lock on the time) you'll see one of the escorts closer up and looking at the wing angles it's pretty clearly an F-22. Also a little bit later when they turn away you can see the outward cant of the tailfins. That being said the YF-23 would have been a better choice :( stupid government...

I am just going to go out on a limb and say that this is in the USA, and they are not bombing us. I would think that when flying over a battle environment, they fly high and then when engaging it is my understanding they fly to lower altitude and open bays and drop munitions. The first Stealth Bombers coming home from Iraq requested to fly over NY where the towers were, on their return flight home. They were visible then also.
