Yeah he is saying Stevie Wonder. I wasn't sure at first but hearing it a few times I picked it up.

I didn't see Manson at all, funnily enough.
To me it looks more like an image of Paul had he lived and become a druid or recluse or "I'm really in my 70's" Faul letting the beard all hang out and dressed in all White for a weirdo ritual. Deo- according to reverse speech (dot) com, everyone can speak backwards and not even know it. I believe a lot of the backwards clues on the albums are merely a case of reverse speech since it is the subconscious coming forward. Take one of Macca's songs Ever Present Past and reverse it. There are many clues in that one including about the 'rose' on his suit in MMT. Also Dance Tonight where he sings 'All you need is illusion". Just my two cents.
