i would never even think of using a pc again after ive had my macbook pro for 6 months, everything about it is so easy, runs smoothly, no stupid viruses, no pop ups, its just simple, elegant, and performs fantasticly, so if you can strech for the price, definatly do because itl last you for ages, once you go mac, you never go back!

15" or 17" Core i7 Macbook Pro is the way to go when the category is $1000 and up. Well that is just my opinion.

mac book over priced and less compatablilty with other softwares and programs and befor you go off and say that I must be a PC I'm a Mac but this post is based on back2school and best value deals bang fro the buck MSI A6000-21US amasing Laptop for an incredible price

net books try the HP mini 311 from verizon with 2g of ram vs. 1 as per most net books. look into hybrids like the MSI wind series or the HP DM3 great 13.5 inch highpowerd low cost hybrids. MSI A5000 is a good inexpensive 15.6 inch high powerd laptop often time as low as 439.99 at local officedepots. and that HP G60 is crap I work in the tech department at a local OD and have researched alot of these laptops extensively
