  • Its awesome to see such music executed with complete utter joy and happiness. We forgot what we had musically in those days, as comparatively to today. I thought this shit was going to stay commonplace!! Boy,was that wrong.I never heard that Jon was difficult, and I researched it out of curiosity. Found nothing to suggest that. Only that with his sickness, the other guys wanted to keep on working and wouldn't take a break, so.

  • I love and know John Anderson also - but he was a monster to steve and Rick and they could not put up with his ......anyway it was resolved

  • Excelente Banda, grandes musicos.

  • 100-0

  • The Yes Union Tour was fantastic...still one of my favorite bands for over 25 years.

  • 0:46 looks how Rick was happy playing this song....but I do like Hold On

  • @doutorfred LOL! Maybe he's just intensly concentrating for his "Catherine Howard" solo. LOL! I love "Hold On" as well.

  • This is one of the few YesWest songs from the Union tour where I feel that Steve Howe makes a really cool and significant contribution with his acoustic, giving it a new vibe...

  • TRUE YES...NOT THIS MAKE BELIEVE STUFF TODAY.

  • Saw them at SwedenRockFestival in 2007 or 2008. Loved every minute of the show. After the show, I asked my friend what he thought of the experience. He answered..." Well... That was different"

  • Does this not justa kik yur ayse!!!! .....classics just marinate!

  • Trevor should be in the band now!

  • Rock has NEVER seen so much talent conglomerated on one stage under one brand. I mean: NEVER!!

LOVE YES TILL THE DAY I DIE>>> AND THEN, FOR ETERNITY.....

  • Rock has NEVER seen so many talent conglomerated on one stage under one brand. I mean, NEVER!!

There's enough talent here to form TWO great freaking bands.

LOVE YES TILL THE DAY I DIE.....!!

  • i love this version its played so fast

  • i still like Trevor the best!

  • THE BEST BAND I HAVE EVER SEEN.

  • @mercenary254 OH, AND THE BEST BAND EVER !!!!!!

  • The first concert I ever went to was a Yes concert with my parents when I was in elementary school. I've been to tons of other concerts with my dad and my friends. But that Yes concert will forever be a special memory.

  • Is wel goed, maar ze hebben beter werk!!!

  • Yes rocks! I love Jesus.

  • Ey, Wakeman, ¿Dónde vas con mantón de manila?

  • Just another Yes Classic!!!

  • Fantasztikus.

  • Tökéletes.

  • Excellent band to see in concert. I say Union YES. LIUNAMERICA!

  • Trevor & Chris at 5:08..unbelievable! 2 guitar titans creating the "sunshine" of this amazing song, (written by Trevor before he joined Yes!)

  • Is that Bill Bruford playing the electronic drums?

  • YES, best line-up ever. but I also like with Trevor Rabin, Geoff and Peter Banks.

  • Ahhhh.... the music of my youth..... too bad it went by so fast!

  • This was the best lineup ever. I love Jon Anderson, poor bugger, he has severe respiratory problems and I can understand that, probably, from the region of England he is from (the mines). I saw Yes with Jon Anderson over 10 times and I also couldn't keep my eyes off Trevor Rabin! I am so glad to have seen this lineup. I saw the new YES at Bethel Woods and I prefer to relive my old memories.

  • I guess theres alot to be said for the studio recordings........

  • Bitch, bitch, bitch....just some more useless comments from self-centered idiots

Look, Yes has had band member changes...so what! So did Pink Floyd, Fleetwood Mac, Doobie Brothers, Journey, Van Halen, even the Beatles. So what!!! You like the song, great...enjoy! You don't like it, find something you do like and stay there you arrogant as-h-les!

  • @jjammin1812 Well said bro!

  • epic hormany vocal break!!!!

  • GIAPF - Brother, you need to go find a Bible-believing church and have a talk with the pastor.

  • No.

  • As a lover of all versions of Yes, Rick looks so incredibly bored in one shot. Not his style. I'm sure he an Howe had a few "why the hell are we playing this" moments on this tour.

  • trevon rabin the best of ever

he gave good changing at the band

  • @ashsrad I agree! Yes didn't have a identity before Rabin hooked up with them! All the yes old yes fans disliked treavor as opposed to howe but I think Rabin helped them become a mainstream band and write kick ass songs!!!

  • @kapingedu Without Rabin, I don't think they would have gained the fame & fortune that they acquired in the 80's and 90's.

  • This was totally my favorite tour. Seeing them all together was awesome. I have seen Yes 37 times in concert and still remember watching this concert 7 times.

  • Stellar tune! Yes still crankin after all this time.... Wakefield looks like a Master Wizard at those boards, love it!! Great vid, thank you.

  • and for that matter anyways, anyone remember 106.7 KAZY?

    "album rock" FTW!!!!

  • THATS RIGHT!!! i remember now,

attendance was low and they moved the circular stage to accomadate.

    at mcnicols arena.. HAHA

    KBPI ROCKS THE ROCKIES!!!!

oh ya, and we DID inhale teh purple...

    WEWT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • holy crap!!! i won tickets from KBPI for this show..

didnt seem to be alot of ppl there as i can remember.

shared teh ticket wit me bro MEAN!!!!

    blue meanies 4evr

  • Is it just me, or do Wakeman and Howe appear a little... oh, Idon't know... what's the word... "bored" in this video? Guess I can't blame 'em... this is a totally DIFFERENT incarnation of the Yes of earlier years!!!!

  • They should have went ahead with the original plan of calling the band "Cinema" instead of Yes for the "90125"/"Big Generator" years...

  • they got paid fat bank on this tour. cheer up, whiners. you can play a song from one of yes' best selling albums. it won't kill you. if bruford the jazzman can stomach it, so can you.

  • Trevor Rabin ?

  • whos the guitarist @ 2:00?

  • wtf?

  • Trevor Rabin without a doubt

  • I was at THIS show!

    Read Bruford's autobiography.

  • brings back some good memories :) can anyone find "our song" ???

  • Jon, Chris, Steve, Alan, Trevor, Bill, Patrick, Rick, and Billy, simply the best on stage, find nine that are better

  • I agree...... so much "TALENT" onstage.... should be "FORBIDDEN" !!!

Chris floats..... Jon(the meistro) is totally into his obsession, Stevie's herky-jerky-quick leads....Wakeman?? Trevor is clean, & quick, Both drummers in sync.....

    "GAWD"....

  • Haha! My friend and I agree that this may just be way too bad ass for anyone to watch!

  • I believe is Tony Kaye ( Yes original organist) instead of Patrick.

  • Not to be a stickler, but Billy Sherwood wasn't in the band yet :)

Saw this in New York and Boston. Awesome.

  • Jon glows. Chris looks to be in his prime.

Wonderful. Wish I could see them this year in the mid-west. How about Lincoln, NE guys? Signed, a fan since 1970!

  • Awesome stuff...but 5:10 WTF Anderson with the hand clapping?

  • percussion

  • My Friend...I love JA...but that's not percussion!

  • wakeman looks like he loves this song

  • hahahaha

  • @thunderinblack Chris Squire, & Trevor Rabin love it too...They all seem to be having fun with this one!

  • @thunderinblack Sorry, but if Wakeman, Bruford, or Howe were going to get snooty about the modern material, they shouldn't have signed up for the tour - they were happy enough to take the money.

  • @thunderinblack Well, may be Wakeman is a bit challenged to express his feelings properly but mentally he's surely overjoyed ;)

  • @thunderinblack - hahah....so true. I think egos got in the way during this tour.

  • It was quite a surprise to see Steve singing on this tune - even now he never contributes backing vocals to Owner..., and let here he is as early as 1991 singing a Trevor Rabin song! Wow!

  • @winterafternoon That is what professional musicians do :)

  • Jon's shirt - "But I don't want to be a pirate!!!"

  • I liked Howe´s acoustic guitar.

  • oh wait, i am seeing them this year!

too bad JA won't be there.

    or RW

  • probaly the best from 90125.

Amazing performance - too bad i'm not going to be able to see them this year!!!

  • i'm wondering if we're ever going to see them again. if there's no more touring from yes, i should be grateful. not many bands go on as long as yes has.

  • My 1st and only Yes show. Nassau Coliseum New York!

  • Pretty sure I have Nassau on DVD around here somewhere. Can't find it right now. It'll be going up on here eventually once I locate it.

  • @matic3060 your first yes show your lucky you saw them all. i dont think that would happen again but i hope it does

  • @matic3060 Thank you for posting!!! I was there I 'll never forget it!!!!

  • @matic3060 OMG please do!!!!

  • Looking for some footage of Union April 13th 1991 in Atlantic City. I've seen Yes so many times. I can't count. But, That particular concert was my very favorite of all.

    Thanks for posting this.

  • Este concierto de denver deja mucho que desear en cuanto al sonido de trevor y tony. En mi opinión es mucho mejor el de mountain view

  • I have a Union´s tour DVD, but the other show, in California
