  • You are sexy !! I will vegie drink to that !

  • u look cute :P

  • sounds really good :)

  • Gorgeous - from Australia !

  • I'm hypothyroid also and I'm trying to heal it with a plant based diet. I must admit at dinner time I have to eat a cooked meal. Always something healthy though. I am on Armour thyroid but only because my tsh was so high and it kind of scared me. I'm going to see an endocronologist on Monday and I'm going to ask her about eating a plant based diet and see if she thinks it can help so I can completely go off my meds. Be careful of kale & collards. They are suppose to the suppress the thyroid

  • If you get a Blendtec, you don't have to order any more tampers. We make smoothies 3 times a day and I went through 6 tampers in two years with my Vitamix. I finally bought a BLENDTEC & it fits under my cabinets. Also, it has f flat, sleek buttons. With my Vitamix, I used to plug it in and sometimes the big switch was ON and as I plugged in a full mixer ----agh! Smoothie explosion everywhere!! So a Blendtec is really a great way to go! You are Great!! Thanks for the video!

  • My first attempt at making a green smoothie was pretty horrific. It came out dark brown and tasted like death. Im sure in a few more tries ill get it down. What type of blender would you suggest for smoothies? Im going to be using it every day so im thinking something like vitamix.

  • This isnt for ADVANCED greenies, it has more fruit then greens, advanced would be ALL greens.

  • @Ambushcrysis I feel there are a lot of Greens in my smoothies... Less fruit would be ok but in most of Victoria Boutenko's Green Smoothie Recipes, I'm right on with what her ratio's are in her Green Smoothies. Each person is different. Good for you for adding more greens and less fruit.

  • @FitNFabulousVegan After watching the video, I understand your "ADVANCED" note to be in reference to what you add besides the greens/vegs. I.E. coconut oil, macha, nori, wheat germ, flax, etc. :) Green smoothies are so filling.

  • Nice video! sounds like you got some thyroid boosting foods like coconut oil, seaweeds, maca. You can try adding Kidney tonifying chinese herbs like goji berries, mulberries, Fo Ti, etc. Chinese medicine holds that thyroid is governed by the Kidneys. To your best health, dear!

  • "I don't mind eat a leaf, but when you have to suck it threw a straw..ugh ugh" LOL Love you! I wanna see bloopers and out takes lol Looks yummy! that may be the only way to get me to consume spinich lol

  • @Glitz3Glam ha ha ha!!! I don't have bloopers... I take one take and then process it!! the only thing I take out is the blending time... bcuz no one wants to hear the blender for 3 minutes straight!! Lol ;) and yes!! This is a great way to get the greens in!! :)

  • good to start with less then add more greens I put ALOT of greens now ( 1/4 head of kale and 3-8 handfulls of spinach+ whatever else is on sale) and dont even think it taste like greens all i can taste is the fruit, but a friend tried my smoothie and told me it taste like grass lol. if you drink it everyday you will start to CRAVE green smoothies too.

  • @Shaun2382 oh of course!!! I crave my green smoothies!!! I used to not add so much greens, but I can totally handle more now :)
