As someone who studies AI and Cybernetics I can tell you that is complete bollocks!

You can't track and electrical impulse into the brain and even if you could, were nowhere near finding out EXACTLY what it does.

How to find out which type of chip/implant has been installed in a human, say in their vaginal or cervical cavity? Then, how to disable, if no doctor will agree to look for it and then remove it? Can they show up on an xray?
