i dont give to shits, u aint fucking making me into one of ur prick ass atheist buthole tree hugging hippie ass bitches so stfu and stop talking shit fag

Most religions have promoters who insist that their religion is compatible with other religions, even though ALL of them have beliefs that are mutually exclusive (except some of the polytheistic ones, since belief in one God and afterlife wouldn't necessarily go against other concepts of God and afterlife).
Our impression is that most religions do not send their public faces to lie on television about their faith's dogma in an effort to make their beliefs seem harmless. Tom Cruise and that fellow Tommy Davis got up on national television including the Oprah Show, and lied through their teeth then invited people, Christians included, into their lair to get "true source" as though the information on the internet is false. It was so obviously an attempt to get new recruits that we made this film.
Your impression is entirely wrong, then. Most Christians nowadays do not believe that the Bible teaches them to kill unbelievers, to rape and pillage the Gentile races, and to bludgeon a child to death if he is stubborn. Many Christians actually claim that their religion is compatible with modern science and with other religions! The same is true of most religions, but Christians were the only other one you mentioned so it's the example I used.
Again, you simply ignore the reality that is Scientology's disinformation campaign and attempt to compare apples to oranges. Christians may believe many things you find inherently silly, but they do not send people out to actively lie about their beliefs in order to attract members. The comparison you point out is invalid on its face. Why you'd like us to believe otherwise I can only presume is due to a connection to Scientology rather than the neutral point of a religious skeptic.
Again, nearly all religions have a disinformation campaign. To believe in one while flinging accusations at another is hypocrisy. Christians often say that their religion teaches tolerance of other beliefs, that Christian beliefs can't be tested with science, and that America was founded by Christians. All of these are blatant lies. I'm not a Scientologist, I just don't like it when the pot calls the kettle black.
In this case it is more as though it is the "pot" (we) who are calling the "kettle" (Scientology) a BLACK HOLE. Christianity does not stifle critical thinking; Christianity does not actively seek to breakup families when the daughter marries a Jew who doesn't believe in Jesus Christ; Christianity does not do MANY things that Scientology does.
"Blatant lies" you say? "Intolerance" for other religions you say? You need to check your facts, pronto.
i dissagree, i mean there is a fine line between an acceptance of other religions, and saying you can be both. Christianity is compatible with modern science because science has nothing really to do with religion other than the genesis theorys. No christianity can't be tested, but thats what a faith is about, but scientologys founder claimed it could be tested with science didnt he? :S
Most Christians do not believe that the Bible teaches them to kill unbelievers because the Bible DOESN'T teach them to kill unbelievers. "Rape and pillage the Gentile races"? EVERYONE is a Gentile except for the Jews. Do you even know what you're saying??
Scientology says they are compatible with all religions. But I don't see how it goes well with people who believe that when their body dies their soul goes to heaven for ever.
