Metallica and Trans Siberian Orchestra have NEVER performed together. Metallica put out an orchestral album with the late Michael Kamen conducting the San Francisco symphony orchestra. TSO had nothing to do with that recording whatsoever. TSO is a symphonic classical and/or christmas rock band formed from by members of the band "Savatage" and their uber-producer Paul O'Neill. They tour in 2 split groups with their own band members. Never has metallica performed with them in any capacity.

A few years ago, on file sharing networks, someone started tagging TSO songs as "With Metallica" and people believed it and now that they are being proven wrong they are too proud/stubborn to accept the fact that they are wrong and there is, in FACT (Look to comments down, I've proven it) no collaborations between TSO and Metallica.

It is, again, incredibly IGNORANT to think people should be allowed credit for something that they have nothing to do with. Credit where credit is due is important and it takes away from the talent and work of the people in TSO to have them share credit with people who had nothing to do with this recording. In this case it's Metallica that has nothing to do with it.

The music is by Trans-Siberian orchestra and the members are formerly from a band in the 80's called Sabotage. They perform a phenominal christmas show every year. It is worth every penny.

This is a recording of TSO's mad russians christmas. The lead guitarist on the recording for this song was Al Petrelli of Savatage and the rythm guitar on the recording was Alex Skolnick. But when they split up and tour with the 2 groups Petrelli is the lead of the west group and Skolnick is lead of the east. And MetallicA is my favorite band and this is definitely not them, this is Trans-Siberian Orchestra
