He thinks Hassidim saw his movie and would even remember it's title . if they were watching your film, they would be down and out Spiritually and you would have no Uman to film, LOL
@mick9m Actually, a large percentage of those who go to Uman are Sephardic young men who were attracted to Breslov. Also, whether or not it is true that the majority of Ashkenazim descend from Khazars, once someone converts to Judaism, they are fully Jewish in every way and there is no need for you and people like you to attempt to marginalize them by claiming they are something other than Jewish.
The strong traditions of the Jewish religion and the Hasidic community are breath-taking and so impressive. It makes one wish to have been born into this milieu.
To jesusoverisrael, you sound like you were a Yid. A YID REMAINS A YID FOR ALL TIME!!! You are living in sin and as long as you claim that sex-magician was the Moshiach you will delay our salvation! Please do not post things like this on videos about these holy people of Israel, they have come to their Tzaddik, let them be with their Tzaddik without your trying to convert them! I am thinking about going to Uman sometime to be with the spirit of Breslov and Rebbe Nachman.
Ps It is time to stop seeking salvation from dead men's bones in Uman and instead to come to the Risen Savior. He has no tomb to journey to and beg for forgiveness of sins, because He left his tomb and rose from the dead on the third day! And now He sits at the right hand of God and intercedes for us faithfully day and night. And He is coming in fiery judgment against all who refuse to submit to Him and to receive forgiveness from His awesome Cross of Love. AMEN!

I was a follower of Breslov's remarkable Rabbi Yisroel Odesser for many years. I knew him personally and was zealous for his song Na Nach Nachma Nachman Me'Uman.
But by the grace of God I was found by the True Messiah of Israel, and He showed me His True Song of Redemption: Yay Yaish Yaishu Yaishua Meshichainu
"Yippee" is available on DVD through the National Center for Jewish Film at Brandeis University and will be included in a retrospective of Mazursky's works at New York's Lincoln Center, May 4-10.
after the shoah, and after the massacre at uman, which is why rebbe nachman wanted to be buried there...after all this; to see so many hassidic jews praying and dancing is such a chizuk, a strengthening for the soul....am yisrael chai! the people of israel lives!!
Paul Mazursky is one of our finest filmmakers ("Moscow on the Hudson," "Harry & Tonto," "An Unmarried Woman," "Enemies, A Love Story," etc.) and if "Yippee" has even one-tenth of their wit, skill, and human decency, it will be a mitzvah. So tell Pharoah to release it already!!

Going to a man's gravesite will NOT relieve you of your sins...
ONLY by going to the Kohen Hagadol Yeshua HaMashiach is it possible!
