giant squids rarely even come up high enough in the water. and i doubt you'd see one while swimming. they've apparently strangled people when they wash up on shore but thats about it. and the size thing is a bit of a push to they're only arund 30-40 feet, you'd have to be pretty short for them to be 10 times your size. you should do your research to before you call some one a "dumbass".
