Oh, another thing: for the uninitiated, this game has been updated extensively since this review. For starters, it is no longer Magic Ball... It is Magic Orbz! (although it is much more enjoyable to simply yell "ORBZ!")

Level packs have been added; there are even additional trophies. Overall, I couldn't recommend this game enough providing you aren't "too hardcore for that kind of game".

This is my girlfriend's favorite game. She likes to play on her own and especially co-op when she can coerce me. It is simple, casual and ideal as a game that you can pursue records and trophies stress-free.

She is an avid but green gamer and the difficulty level is easily manageable. If you are an experienced gamer either uninterested in playing relaxing, stress free games or you play co-op with another experienced gamer, this may be too simple for you.

Get this for the girl in your life!

Try it in single player, if you get the game over game don't hit quit game. Select continue and keep playing till you complete ten levels. Same for the 25 in a row. Hope that helps.

Yet again CGR does me good. I love this game. I bought magic ball and shatter today. Both awesome. Wipeout HD, Magic Ball, Shatter = Must have. My psn library is starting to outshine my disc games. CGR I hope you suprass ign and gamespot one day. IGN didn't like this game becuz the ball goes out of vision... lol, that is what makes it fun. ign-0 cgr-1!... actually is cgr-3 and 0 with my purchases.

I downloaded the game on the PSN and why it is nice looking it is pretty boring. There isn't much it brings that is new or innovative and for the most part is pretty boring. I ended up playing it for a handful of levels and then never playing it again.
