I remember this part. I went into those stupid ruins wandering around lost killing freiza's flunkies for a whole day looking for that last rune. By the time I came out I was at max level and the ginyus were a cakewalk. One-shotted all of em.

Why else would the game programmers add in a invincibility cheat for a hard game like this?

@PruneJuiceBoozer I watched the anime all the way. I trained till lvl.25 and I beat them all in 1 punch. Yea, they piss me off that much.

Im mad i found out my cousin stole this from me 3 yrs ago. I went to his house a couple months ago and found it in his room. I forgot i took it, i found the game the other day and beat it today. The memories.. I saved up 3 weeks of allowance to get this game when i was in 3rd grade. i dont fuckin care if ppl say this game was horrible. This game is BOSS.

I don't know why a lot of people say this game sucks seriously if they actually sit down and play it for more than 10 min. they will get into it and probably get through the game, I know it's pretty hard but it was a good game plus it's soundtracks were pretty cool

@CrasherguyC its not that it sucks, i just think the improvements of the 2nd and 3rd were great! but this game certainly doesn't suck, i just think you feel very alone playing it, i dunno, its weird, but not being able to switch between characters makes it very insular i guess, meh, its still 1 of my faves

yeah I see your point 1 wasn't great but not bad either but in 2 and 3 there were major improvements.

It was fun leveling myself up in the temple up to level 23........then killing the Ginyu force like they were shit........which is basically how the tv series depicted it, sans the body change part.

I know, only that the part at the temple required patience, I remember the first time I passed the game as a kid, it was fun but in 2 and 3 there's more improvements, like being able to turn super saiyan or super namek(piccolo)and on 3 being able to fuse(goku,vegeta,trunks,and goten)
