I wish I could too. I used to be better but since I've been working and going to school for EMT, I've been off my board for a while now. It sucks! Just practice catching it, staying over it, and definitly jumping with it. Don't be afraid of falling and hurting something because that's when you do fall and hurt something, and you will rip with them!
