that wasn't a specific case. i'm just saying that stuff like this happens. like this one black guy supposedly murdered a cop and got the death sentence. there is this one guy in my county who murdered this wife and her husband and left there baby starving in a trailer for a day before he burnt it down with the baby inside. all he got was life and in south carolina thats only 20 years(for some reason. you keep geting hearings every 20 years though so he can keep geting life sentences.

But see that is the problem you don't understand criminal law, for example life in prison depending upon the state has different meanings, also are you sure he didn't get out on parole for the guy in south carolina? Are you sure the sentence wasn't "20 years to life" sentence? Wow this black guy kills a cop and gets the death sentence, talk about being made out of thin air. Whats your county, I'm interested in your murder story.

Your also forgetting that a lot of crimes in the USA have a range for penalties for the same crime. Like for example a maximum punishment of malicious punishment of a child in minnesota carries a punishment of a range of 0-5 years in prison with a fine from $0-$10000.

So the punishment isn't really given randomly its based upon past criminal history and how sever/brutal the crime as committed.

the guy who supposedly killed a cop had no criminal record. the other guy killed the family of my teacher. and the cop killer lived in georgia, only 1 state away so the laws shouldnt be too different. but its so dumb. it might not be random but it is unfair for some crimes.

The Qur'an is for Al humanty not only Moslims. Moslims beliece in it and follow it thats a different mather. And Salvation in Islam is to Worship and obey God and to do gooddeeds such as charity and kindness. If all the world whould implement this there whould be no poor people on the world.
