Dr. Daines received a Bachelor of History degree from Utah State University in 1974 and served as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Bolivia from 1970 to 1972. I left a comment for the New York State Attorney General this morning. It is an online form and I have no idea how frequent the Office reviews on line comments. I would encourage any New York state resident to do the same.  I briefly mentioned the "question" posed by the WGY reporter and left a link to this you tube. I asked the Commissioner if he could possibly get an answer to the question.

Of course as soon as I typed this I got a breaking news story from the NY Times that Obama declared a national emergency this morning. As I said these people never give up.
