I am an English speaker, but I was able to figure out why they were doing this to him.

This show is obviously a game show, where why they ask you some sort or questions or trivia, they try to mess you up by distracting you, perhaps sometimes they tickle you, throw things at you, etc -- this time they were distracting him by putting feet in his face.

La verdad no recuerdo el número de capítulo que es, pero la fecha de transmisión fue el día 4 de junio de 2009, yo tambien ya estuve buscando ese capítulo en internet pero no lo encuentro. Espero que tu tengas mejor suerte y si lo encuentras espero lo compartas :) jeje !hasta pronto!!

En este caso la situación distractora fue la de los "pies en la cara" o "feet on face"
