It's somewhat unusual how modern people can't really dance anymore--his steps are all just random movements--they don't follow a predictable, repeatable pattern. They aren't like the Charleston or Black Bottom, which were real dances to real music.
I think the silliness of "Where the hell is Matt" is rather amusing and your mash-up is great. I love cool covers and I have never heard the one you used for Billy Idol's "Dancing with Myslef" - it is great. Do you know if Matt has seen your rendition? Cheers!

I would agree with you if he were a professional dancer....but we're talking about an ex-software engineer here.
You're comparing him to Gene Kelly. That would make his traveling around the world video much much longer.
