I'm no world Champ (unlike Mirko and Alessia), but modern teaching is definitely not about arching the back. Its very artificial, and makes the girl v heavy for the man to dance with!

I love this ballroom couple - it seems natural, effortless and beautiful......

they are brilliant dancers but their choise of music is sometimes a bit strange in my opinion (this foxtrot and viennese waltz)
