Arleta's a shitty neighborhood. Just another "white flight" victim of the East San Fernando Valley, lots of trash and graffiti everywhere, Pacoima to the east, Panorama City to the south.  Not a place you want to be in at night.

wow i live in georgia in a 6 bedroom 4 bathroom house with 2 acres of property and my house cost me 215,000 dollars. im glad i dont live in california anymore.

In the Kitchen, they were too lazy to move the refridgerator out and finish with the tile work so thats what wrong, I don't like the color of the carpets, the Hallway bathrom could use a new tileing as well.
