Guys, the goalie didn't misjudge the ball. He came out assuming that the attacking player would gain control of the ball behind the defenders. He was attacking the player, who missed the ball resulting in it bouncing over the goalies head. He the attacking player been able to receive that ball and the goalie stayed on his line anticipating a lucky bounce it would have been a goal for sure. He came out like any goalie should when facing a break away. He just got unlucky.
