  • Wow u sspent all that money and all that time doing all this gym then u moved and ssold everything wow

  • @pavy415 Tell me about it!!! LOL

  • good work. May you never ever EVER have to move to a new home.

  • @popester7 :( I did! What a bummer......sold all of the equipment but I put tons of $ in the matting, mirrors, lighting, stereo etc! It's all good though!

  • big ass house

  • what do u max bench and squat

  • @skaterdylan1000 I"ve never attemped to do a max in anything

  • @totalhealth4life why and what if u have spoters

  • @skaterdylan1000 I dont really care about bragging about a max.......i lift to be healthy and live a long life and dont really want to be seen or typecast as a bodybuilder. IT limits my attempts to educate the masses on nutrition, big pharma, FDA, vaccines, etc

  • @totalhealth4life u should kid not to brag just to push urself harder and git stronger

  • thats a really good gym you got but i do agree with more free weights though thanks for the vid

  • thats a great gym

  • man awesome friggin gym !! You can charge membership fees there bro!

  • Awesome Home Gym, no free weights though?

  • Too many machines not enough free weights

  • nice gym im starting a garage gym and hope tto be a bodybuilder someday

  • Its a nice gym but where is the free weights?

  • I GET THE SAME KIND OF HATERS REGARDING MY POSITION OF AUTHORITY TO POST FITNESS BLOGS AND DESCRIBE MY TRAINING REGIMEN TO OTHERS... I DO THE SAME AS YOU DO WITH PROVIDING HELPFUL INFORMATION THE MAXIMIZE THE FULLEST OF THEIR POTENTIAL.

  • @supremeassailant it means we are doing something right!!! Keep up the good work!

  • @totalhealth4life dud what do you do for a living? ur place is huge

  • that is a candy ass yuppie gym give me a dank basement with barbells ,dumbbells bench press and squat rack anyday

  • @thedoors360 To each his own. Take your "dank" basement. What really matters is WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE and how healthy you are tough guy.

  • @totalhealth4life WHY DO HATERS POST SHIT ON YOUR VIDEOS??? WHY DO THEY EVEN BOTHER? I DO AGREE, TO EACH THEIR OWN... INDEEDO! VERY WELL PUT.

GOOD JOB ON THE FITNESS TIPS AND PUBLISHED BOOK.

  • @supremeassailant Who knows......basically haters are insecure people. The only way they can express themselves is through downing someone else as opposed to trying to do good themselves. Success brings them out of the woodwork!! LOL Thanks my friend

  • @totalhealth4life ON A SIDE NOTE... ITS NOT THE QUANTITY OF EQUIPMENT YOU HAVE, ITS THE QUALITY OF TRAINER/TRAINING REGIMEN THAT YOU INCORPORATE IN A TRAINING ROUTINE

  • @thedoors360 hey if u didnt like that clowns yuppie candy ass gym you just might like mine "raw home gym because basics work"

  • Rico, you were pretty calm when dealing with gmhippie, I wish I could be such a person all the time. After reviewing GMhippies 400 day transformation video I have to say that his workout plan is not optimized. With proper weight training and diet that could be a 90 day transformation or less. Ive been involved in working out off and on for over 15 years now and if it took that long to get such little results I would have quit. Thanks for your vids.

  • @HorrorAngel666

You are very welcome my friend..........there are tons of different ways and methods of getting in shape and becoming healthy. I just present to my subscribers what works for me and what I believe in.

  • How much did all this cost?

  • Looks alright.. But that must have cost! GET SOME DUMBELS! And get rid of that abb machine= CRAP!

  • You don't need any of that crap....YOU are the machine, learn how to use you. If you don't squat you aint squat. Its all about functional movement.

  • @gmhippie Sure bro........FYI the machine needs weight to push around to grow muscle.......

  • @totalhealth4life You are missing the point, Its about moving weight through functional movement, most machines don't provide that.

When in your life have you eve sat in a chair and made a chrunching movement in you life? Never! To do it in a machine to get strong is wasted time and movement...when in your life have to ever made the movement of a leg extention or curl NEVER! You need to be moving with free weight not straped into a machine that doesnt move with you. Strengh alone isnt fitness

  • @gmhippie Body weight exercise is good combined with weight training.......weight training is the only thing known to increase bone density and bone mass as we get older.......I incorporate many styles into my health regimen. BTW I"m a health expert not a strong man and I have never in over 30 years lifted for a maximum weight. I lift to be healthy not to be strong.

  • @totalhealth4life It seems to be working for you, if your happy thats all that matters.

    Peace and Be Safe.

  • @gmhippie Same to you.............happiness is EVERYTHING

  • @totalhealth4life wow thats an amazing machine. you could litarly workout every single muscle in your body. awesome.

  • but...you cant bench, squat, OR deadlift...why no free weights?

  • Where's the free weights?

  • My heaven.

  • Let's try this again.... It seems to me that doing squats is a more natural movement than hack squats or leg presses.

My home gym is a bit more modest. Squat rack for squats/DL/pullups, lat pulldown/row, leg extension/curl, dumbell/KB's, flat bench...getting rid of...been working more on overhead presses and direct shoulder work, Life Cycle 9500HR, Pacemaster Gold Elite treadmill, and Schwinn Airdyne. Tractor Tire + sledge.

    Nice gym.

  • I would think the squat is a more natural movement than the hack squat or leg press. You have a nice set-up for a home gym. I have a more simple home gym with a squat rack for squats/DL, leg ext/curl, getting rid of bench....working more on overhead presses, dumbells, KB's, Lat pull-down/row, Lifecycle 9500HR, Pacemaster Gold Elite treadmill and a Schwinn Airdyne.

    Nice gym.

  • Where's the squat rack?

  • @sorenrules at 55 I don't need to put all that strain and compression on my spine. Machines take your back out of it

  • Wow, I also lift at home and man-o-man what I could do if I had this setup. It's literally everything you need to become the next Mr. Olympia. You've got more pieces in your setup than Ronnie or Lee's personal setups. Im blown away my man. Thanks for a refreshing bodybuilding post. It was inspiring.

  • @RayinCsharp You're welcome bro

  • I hate you because your gyms is so good !!!!

    Nice work

  • where are the free weights?

  • @Colehusker at my other gyms that I work out at......i use both!

  • dude that gym is fuckin awesome

  • nice gym bro.. check out my channel and see what we do for training and sub if you like it!

  • Damn, you really got some quality equipment!! Great gym!

  • Where are you dumbells they are the most important thing

  • god damn like how much is membership wtf

  • Damn! Put some money into it, didn't you?

  • yup and right now I'm selling everything in my gym...........moving!!!!!!!!

  • @totalhealth4life dude even if you move keep it

  • Hello. Would you not be able to give a couple of hints to me to do kilter machines, weights? I would be glad about him very much. Hi from Hungary!

  • dam how much did all that cost like 15 . 20 thousand

  • Comment removed

  • This is ridiculous.

  • Can't see a treadmill or an exercise bike

  • oh wow i envy u man

  • bloody hell that epic! do you train people there? Im a qualified personal trainer, and if you arn't you should seriosly think about becoming one and getting customers in there. yeah this is the best home gym i have seen.. enough said!

  • Comment removed

  • no dumbbell set?

  • damn hes rich

  • I'd like to tell you that's true but its not.

  • you rich asshole

  • holy shit!!

    that's awesome!

  • That's sweeeet I'm envious!!

  • wow man, that's big:D

  • Machine Museum....

  • Nice gym set up Rico i have a powertec and free wieght set up for myself and clients, i must amitt tho i cant beat a gym but i think that comes down to disciple. Do you have free weights? i notice you alot of machines

  • i use them at my regular gym

  • i have seen a lot of these home gym vids.yours is the best so far.great job, keep liftin man

  • this is the kind of gym . i think rico's home gym is the best all that equipment is comercial.

  • im glad i don't have such a home gym.... i would never leave home otherwise! :p

  • nice!

i wish i had my own home gym

  • you have too many machines for too much accessories.. where is a power rack? where is a barbell? where is a bench? I've only seen machine A, machine B, machine C and machine D... wft XD

  • The good thing about golds gym is that I can move all the treadmills and ellipticals round the squat rack in a big circle so bitches can watch me lift...

  • home gym???...WORLD GYYYM!!!!!

  • wowowowow very good compliment

  • woooo very very nice gym man the best home gym

  • here are the freeweights? Well, I guess It all depends on your type of training.

If you ask me, I'd say you really don't need all this stuff (unless you don't mind spending the thousands of dollars). For $1500 you could get a decent squat rack (or power cage) bench, and a 200 kg olympic dumbbell and barbell set.

    That's all anyone needs.

    Nice setup though.

  • Dayuum you realise how fucking tank you can get?

  • Do you have to pop your tounge like that before every sentence to have a gym like that.. little too cramped for me but nice work

  • Damnn, dood has his own 24 hour fitness.

  • whoa best home gym i have seen so far. Where are the dumbbells though?

  • You ceo'ing?

  • what do you do for a living???

  • Nice looking gym. But a shame to not see some of the best basics: Power cage, decent bench, good free weight set. Thanks for the video.

  • Agreed. All that money spent, no free weights... And I bet you bought a belt for that matter ;o) too.

    Oh well, my advice thought.

Have a nice training, and I really hope you get the results you strive for.

    Cheers!

  • great home gym

  • wow that's worth alot

  • Wow... Rico must have some serious book sales going on.. :D

  • That's a freakin monster gym for having it at home... you might need the cable machine, pull-up bar, some dumbells, barbell, bicep curl barbell and the rack where you do squats etc... and a bench, but this was totally insane :D - Nice one!

  • the cable is probably the most expensive

  • if its for home use just wast of money

its better jus have bench and set of weights and dumbells than all these equipments

    just free weights build muscles

    machines no

  • wow. awesome setup, you must be a monster with all that equipment

  • and thats one awesome cable maching

  • lool thats better than the gym i pay for!

  • the only machine that i have in my home gym is a Cable Machine. free weights r the best i have set of dumbbells, Olympic barbell, weight plates, and set of kettlebells , and for cardio i have a heavy bag.

the last equipment i have is a stereo and my mix:

(hed)pe: 1-raise hell 2-lets ride Randam Luck: the take over

if someone knows some songs\music from same genre please tell me.

  • FREE WEIGHTS!!!

  • I'm in the process of getting a home gym but I'm also getting an elliptical trainer, because it helps with my weight....love the weight lifting machine more than the free weights.

  • omfg!

  • i think everyone that is making negative comments about free weights really need to gtfo. i think rico's home gym is excellent. he worked hard for it. he has great equipment. so all of you tards that would get a gym membership over this, you really should rethink life. machines don't reduce the amount of work, they only make the work simpler. i agree with rico. no matter if it's free weights or machines, it's hardcore. =]

this is the kind of gym id like to have someday.

  • Comment removed

  • A LOT of money in good equipment. BUT where is the real equipment? All I see is yuppy ab machines and shit. Where are the heavy benches, squat racks, monolifts, reverse hypers, GHR? Where the stuff that really makes or breaks you? All set aside though, thats a VERY impressive setup! Just missen some of the basics...

  • So unnecessary

  • Not a single free weight in sight......

  • Wow.... You have some expensive commercial units. I wonder how much it costs?

  • useless might as well get a gym membership

  • What a freakin overkill !!! I do all my exercises with just a couple of adjustable dumbells. Only muscle I can`t do with dumbells is the bicep femoris. Which can be easily worked out by running uphill. God I`m poor...

  • Awasome gym. Must've took awhile putting the equitment together, but I know it's worth having a bad ass home gym like yours.

  • all u haters r just jealous, i know i sure am jealous, but i am not a hater, sure he needs dumbells, maybe not, but he also spent a lot of money on it, i bet u cant afford half of what he paid, and if u cant say anything nice, don't say it at all

  • it would be my absolute pleasure to rob your ass boy!lol take that as a compliment you gotta sick gym bro.

  • A benchpress, a barbell rack(I think yoou call it that) and some dumbells, thats all you need...

I disagree. The more of a cross section of equipment that you use, the better mix of a workout that you can get to increase your strength.

Selectorized cable curl off the cable machine is 2x harder than dumbells that break the plain at 90 degrees.

  • It's a nice room, but I have to agree with guys below me. A benchpress, a barbell rack(I think yoou call it that) and some dumbells, thats all you need. Those three things replaces all the stuff you have there. The only thing other than those three that is useful is maybe a pullup bar and some place to do dips.

  • to each his own..........im happy with what i have here

  • Dude.... u should be happy with what u have.... that's a very nice setup.... I have no idea why people are on hear hating on your gym... but then again, u will always have haters! ! Nice Gym! !

  • i think is more like them trying to tell others that you can still get results without all that than hating on rico

  • If that is the case.... then, people should post their own videos about what equipment is needed for a good wrk out.... but no pne should be telling this guy what he needs and doesn't need in HIS home gym..... like he said, "to each his own".

  • damn dude, that's one hell of a home gym you got there. Just curious, what did it all cost, an arm and a leg?

  • It's a nice home gym but it's all machines & there are no dumbbells or Olympic barbells. The Smith machine is NOT a substitute for free weights as that is just another machine.

I think you also missed the point of rubber flooring - that is for use with free weights so they don't damage the floor. Machines can set on top of almost kind of flooring.

I would sell a few of those machines & get a good dumbbell set, Olympic barbell, & power rack in there. You are missing out on the best exercises.

  • AHMEN!!

Sell the smith machine and buy yourself a power rack. Cant fuckin stand smith machines all they develp is injuries...

And you need dumbells... Oh and come on man, your so into your training and spent all this money yet you refer to rear delts as back of your shoulders - shit man, i no its picky but thats basic stuff...

  • I think the problem here with the poor choices made for equipment in this gym is obvious - money is wasted on the rich.

My poor man's gym in my basement is a lot more functional than this gaudy thing that was obviously put together to impress people. I also bet I'm in a lot better shape than the owner of this gym is.

  • blimey, I bet it cost alot of money ;)

  • you can use the smith machine for the bench press, and u can also use the cable machine for curls

  • No press bench? No dumbbells? I'd say you miss the most vital pieces in here mate

  • smith machine my friend is bench press and incline press.....i use dumbells at my regular gym

  • wow..thats one great home gym you got there bro!!

  • wow i am jelous lol nice gym mate

  • nice gym rico. you are hot

  • whats your name? where are you from? Thanks!

  • Why would you need an ab machine? Aren't there plenty of exercises to target all of your abdominals without needing a machine? I row crew and we do 12-15 different exercises and they seem to be paying dividends.

  • I dont NEED one.....I have one

  • LOL

  • wow this is what i call the "sheznit" lol

  • Wow! How much did that all cost you?????

  • bought the equip cheap

  • i heard leg curls can mess up your knee joints in the long run is this true?

  • no way!

  • fuck. how much would that home gym be?

  • bought the equip for pennies on the dollar

  • I wish i was your nextdoor neighbour...

  • dam bro your book sales must be highto be able to afford all that.

  • nope. good job. I've spent much money on my marketing, site, ebook, tech guys, etc. Book sales wont make me rich but will build my list of people who trust me for future things. Its not all about money but my purpose of changing lives.

  • What are you allergic to free weights???? Just kidding! You dont use em???

  • LOL...i use them all the time in my regular gym bro......shock the muscles

  • rico you ever dabble in the devil's lettuce?

  • I have NO IDEA what you're talking about

  • happy smoke

  • wow am i out of touch! Yes in my book I tell of being totally out of control on lots of drugs and alcohol. Thank god I'm still here and dont have those vices any more.....I was a bit of a crazy youth

  • ummmm where are the cardio machines (i.e trendmills)

  • my treadmill is in my living room so I can watch my big screen TV while I do my HIIT

  • where did you train more,at home or in an regular gym?

  • regular......good to get out and be around people.....use my gym if weather is bad or im in a hurry

  • you have everything at home buddy,i like your vids thx man!!!

  • thanks bro

  • Great gym all you really need i wish i had my gym in my home dammm, instead i crowd around a gym near my house that i pay money to get into with grumpy people that dont like working out

  • lol........you see they haven't changed their limiting self beliefs about working out....i look forward to the gym...i'm the King and the gym is my Castle!! It's my release from the rat race.....

  • must be nice tp be rich

  • I'm not

  • Dude i love your gym thats what i call a real home gym...i have a small home gym a 650lbs bar bell set a few bars a incline/flat/decline bench 45lbs/100lbs and 120lbs dumb bells and a few 100lbs plates its good to work out when ever you want and not deal with crowded gyms its like mr olympia ronnie coleman his home gym cost $150,000...i need a membership at your home gym LOL...

  • thanks bro.......as u can see health and fitness is my passion

  • I'm not.....took a beating in real estate and the stock market......but I just joined an unbelievable company that anyone can do and make a great income.......want the info just ask

  • dude tht hase to be te nicest home gym i ever seen... good work... are u a personal trainer ??

  • it would take too much of my time and only reach ONE person......i want to reach millions through my videos and especially my book!

  • for all the money you spent on that gym you coulda taken a couple hundred bucks and got yourself a membership at a real gym with other people to work out with. the guys i workout with are all ex-cons and shit but i wouldnt have it any other way.

  • so this ISN'T a real gym??????? Bro! Wow...

I have a regular gym membership too....I work out alone..it's not a social hour for me...it's me, my music and being healthy

  • i take that back it is a real gym but i guess i just like to workout with other people, but i see you have a membership as well. so whatever.

  • no problem bro.........its all good

  • That's what I call a pack a truck full of iron in the garage :) If they could just make these machines work with dynamo's, you could make a lot of electricity in that garage :)

  • ha..........yea bro!

  • Sweet!

  • fuck u should let people come and use it but they should pay for it

  • ha charge a membership!!!! lol

  • man I would love to have a few more machines.. I only need like 4 maybe 5 different pairs of free weights.. I only use free weights on my arms and shoulders... NICE HOME GYM

  • how much do u need to set up somethng like wat u hav mate??

    its orsm btw

  • a lot of money.....i got all of my equipment from one of my gyms that was going out of business for cents on the dollar
