  • For some reason ,breast feeding in public is illegal in some communities .If a woman is discreet , what's the problem ?

  • on

  • i believe, in a pure society, women could walk around shirtless. but not this society. people aren't ready for it. there's a beach in italy where only women can go and they walk around topless.

  • i agree completely, though they'd also have to abide by the same 'NO SHIRT, NO SHOES, NO SERVICE'

  • Although I like the Idea of seeing woman walk around topless, it's just not right... I mean what if you were married and you had a child that was 6-10 yrs of age would you want your child exposed to that type of a society? I wouldn't.

  • they were hell talking about that guy in this movie having a foot fetish

  • You can do it in my state of New York!

  • If u notice it is always the IGNORANT Americans who don't like topless--not the super educated person with several PhDs

  • Our society views a woman's breasts as highly erotic. Women are required to cover their breasts for the same reason men can't walk around with their dongs hanging out. Parents with small kids would not want some bitch walking around with her tits out. Laws reflect what a society deems appropriate. If values change that's one thing, but creating a law and then requiring that everyone just get used to it is retarded. so keep your bras on you exhibitionist bitches.

  • @cactuscrust - I completely agree. Couldn't have said it better myself.

  • Contrary to popular belief, clothing is an expression of sexuality rather than a lack thereof. (In)famous atheist Bertrand Russell once pointed out that in many primitive tribes of africa, the women must adorn themselves with jewelry to attract a mate because otherwise their nudity does not inspire the men. Therefore, laws against topless women are designed to promote order and coherent social communication between people much like stoplights tell people (Continued...)

  • @flanker2020 not to crash into each other. They don't have anything to do with revealing the amazing breasteses per se.

people might say yea but who are you to dictate who's communicating what? Well that's where the myth about "strength through diversity" is once again obliterated. The Founders of the country never said anything about that at all. The truth is that strength is found through homogeneity in any given society.

  • @flanker2020 Don't like the culture? Find a different one. To illustrate my point, consider public indecency laws. Should someone be permitted to stand in the middle of the street in downtown chicago, unzip his pants, and take a shit in full view of everybody?? nobody wants to see that shit -- literally.

  • Comment removed

  • @flanker2020 Only because we've been conditioned to think that way. Think about little kids. They don't care, and they're just as much sexual beings as adults are, no matter how innocent they are. We are all born sexual beings. (You raise a good point, but I had to throw my two cents in.)

  • NO1!! TITS OR GTFO!!!!!!! lol jk

  • Make it legal and leave it to individual choice.

  • women should be able to go topless in the same conditions as men, so i guess only illegal for everyone in resturaunts and bars and where there needs to be decency

  • its probably gonna increase rape though

  • @alaskanhuskeee92 Well the US legal system in general increases rape imo. The system is too lenient; there are so many cases when a released convict goes out raping someone and or killing someone else when they should of been locked up for life or given the death penalty.

Anyways if it is illegal for women it should be illegal for men.

  • NO DISRESPECT THO LOL MY BAD

  • fucccccccccccccccccccccck no man thats awesome im a 15 year old and iv been watcing your stuff it rocks haha and that guy is lucky he gets to fuck th shit out of you each night dammmmmmmmmmmmnnnnnn Dan is so fuckyyyyyyinnnnnnnnnnnnnnn LUCKY ID FUCK THE SHIT OUT OF HER

  • Let them go, I think it's perhaps arousing because we don't see it often, if people saw them often it would get boring and nobody would care.

  • i saw it alot in aussie so now i dont think any thing of it

  • in France even the President's wife is topless; in America we are a bunch of Christian moralists who think it's wrong--no wonder France recovered from the recession faster than America!

  • I think women should do the same as guys do..cause everyone is equal

  • Aww, I'm a big fan of you guys, but I have purple hair. ; ___ ; That hurt a little.

  • Guys het turned on by boobs but girls get turned on by a guy with six pack abs, right?

I think you get what i'm saying

  • No shouldn't be illegal there is no harm in doing so. Sure it may be nasty to see some porker topless but no harm done. Also even if it is legalized doesn't necessarily mean every girl will go out without clothes.

  • Laws are in place to: Keep Society Safe

They are placed around: Values, beliefs and preference which are held by the majority of society.

I feel there is two important points to take into consideration:

-If more than 50% of a society feel woman should be able to be topless in public.

-Will it have more harmful effects then not if woman would be allowed to go topless.

If the majority of people react unpleasantly to topless woman and there is a negative impact, a transitional period is needed

  • also...

There can be complications with woman being topless. I've heard of sexual assault charges being laid in Canada because of one person checking out another in a sexual manner.

If your a woman and want the right to be able to be topless in public, how would you react to people "men and women" blatantly talking about your breast. With the freedom of speech they could be very opinionated.

  • You and I are in agreement my friend.

  • it should be legal i mean i show my man boobs

in the swimming pool and women dont thats so unfair

  • I love womens breast too.

  • maybe

  • Not only is it ridiculous to make breasts illegal, but there have been some states that actually charge women as SEX OFFENDERS if their breasts are exposed!

  • It should legal. it cuases no harm to anyone. I find very unfair that when it's summer and it 's 98 degrees outside and I'm hot as hell but I can't take off my shirt or I'll get arrested, meanwhile I see a bunch of guys with their shirt s off and they have bigger boos than I do >:(

  • ... I have purple hair.

But beside that. I find that women should legally be able to run around topless, yes.

  • Lol, most guys wouldn't mind if women going topless in public was legal. Seriously ladies, you already get harassed enough out in public and you draw a lot of unwanted attention with CLOTHES ON. Don't make it worse...

Yeah, you aren't responsible for what other people do, but the fact is, they do it... and you know that. Don't provke it.

Bare breast in public is a no no. And its for your own safety.

If I believed it was safe, I'd say go for it, but its not safe to do at all.

  • it should still be our own choice not yours. making it illegal is just covering up the problem, learning self control is the solution. this is the 21st century we should know better. wemon should't have to cover themselves around men just because men have'nt learned to act more mature.that just taking short cuts. and look at other places where the women are topless, did the men going nut. no

  • But how long is it going to take for people to learn self control? I agree that this is the 21st century and we SHOULD know better, but you know as well as I do that its not the case. Breast are considered private parts. For WOMEN to go bare is indecent. Its just as bad as is you left the house with no pants or underwear. Besides, there are kids in public. A lady, IMO, shouldn't want to take her shirt and bra off in public (Unless at a beach or something). It's not lady like. You're a lady...

  • I'll agree with you though... it should be legalized for the point of it being a choice rather than law. But, I do think it would be indecent.

Ladies should be ladies, period. That's just my opinion.

  • I feel with the majority of society, a topless woman has the same implications as a completely naked woman or man. Would you want to see a handsome naked man walking down a street, what about a disgusting man?

Is there a difference between being topless and completely naked or is it a matter of opinion?

Personal I'm not against woman being able to be topless in public but society "both man and woman" have rigid views on right and wrong and both sexes lack equality. People, we have work to do!

  • Let the individual determine what's safe for them. You shouldn't speak for them if you are not them.

  • Well... excuse me for being concerned about the safty of our american women.

Anyway, I don't want to say anything that'll spark a response because I don't want to debate about this. I have my opinion about it and nothing is going to change it.

Besides, it's not like I'm out there protesting against a topfree law. I just have an opnion about it and it is only for safety reasons.

Sorry if I offended you, but it's just how I feel.

  • Yes i happen to agree whats the difference its just skin girls start off like boys flat chests until 13 come on they can go toppless when they get boobs they get aressted im from france and women go toppless all the time and theres no cenerchip on tv there are naked wemon on comercials live on tv un showing yes it should be legal

  • time to move to france

  • Well guys can show there chest in public, why cant girls?

(put thumbs up if you aggree)

  • (thumbs up, big time)

  • Topless is aloud in many countries. They should aloud to be topless and/or completely nude. Even public sex should be legal.

  • @ace1two2 public sex??? wtf!

  • @MCfmj What's a salient difference between public nudity and public sex? Sure, the second is more offensive to most people, but it doesn't do any real harm. I'm honestly curious to hear what you think. At a minimum, I think exhebitionists should not be put on sex offender registries and people should only be charged with a misdemeanor. IMO it is the public attitude towards nudity and sex that make them disgusting, not the acts themselves.

  • @ace1two2 ditto

  • Absolutely! If we are comfortable doing this, then why not? If we keep ourselves in great shape, and we're attractive, then what's the problem? I enjoy it when men look at mt breasts...that's a compliment! Might as well show it all. Of course, there would be places where it wouldn't be acceptable, but in some place I just don't see a problem. Thanks!

  • It's not descrimination, it's a bit of mistery and a god taste. I am not a chicken to be put in the row of tits on the beach. Do you think a man can desire somethink like this? I am always ashamed when I see a row of chicken, all the same. Woman has her dignity and she is more beutiful when there is some kind of mistery about her.

  • I'm a woman who gets jealous when I see construction workers who are topless on a hot summer day. In the past, I have gotten pretty upset that I can't do that when I'm so uncomfortable and I can't become comfortable simply because I'm a female.

  • Breasts need to be let free from the hated bras! But only at the beach, gym, and at my place with whipped cream and breast feeding is natural and men are only looking and wishing they were the lucky baby censorship is sucko.

  • I think it should be legal, but on the other hand some women and men shouldnt be topless. thats like a fat girl in spandex or and 80yo guy in a spedo

  • after the its legalized the next gen of kids will grow up with it and it will be normal to them. so it wont matter.

and isn't it already allowed in parts of NY?

  • Personally, I don't see wrong anything with nudity at all. It's how you were made, and it's natural and there's nothing wrong with it.

  • Female nudity in public will be legalized within a matter of time. We are currently liberalizing laws relating to female sexuality. You know lesbians in Congress want to see women nude at all time too. It's going to happen. Female clothing will be obsolete. Yet women will still buy stripper shoes to show off their pedicures.

  • Men can show their breast in public - women can not. That is called umm.. gender equality :S

  • People with different ethinc backgrounds are different, therefore racism is justifiable.

    See wut I did thar?

To be justifiable it should be on logical grounds. Different isn't even a reason.

  • I said female nudity only. Sex is not race Viconiu. Women comprise many races Viconiu. They are a very diverse group. Yeah I see what you did there. You want on a tangent. My point about inequality being justifiable was about why it is defensible that only women go nude.

  • i'd like to see your reasoning, why is inequality suddenly justified when it concerns sex? not challenging you (yet), just would like to know, why shouldn't women be allowed to go topless?

  • at the beach and other similar places it should be ok but not around city or shops this should be same with men i'v seen to-many fat guys in speedos at shops on way to and from beach it should only be allowed around water. this TV ad explains the rule perfect

    v=Vyd0ey_FXB8

  • so true!!!!!

  • It may have religious roots but so do a great deal of other laws, practices and behavior. Personally I don't want my sons being desensitized to breasts before they've even reach puberty. Modesty laws stand to respect others; imagine a woman being bare breasted within a public/state church. It would be extremely disrespectful but perfectly legal if this was legalized. And talking about double standards, men can get fined for low riding in some places, women can't.

  • soo true!

  • if people watched women topless so what?just ignore or say "mind ur own buisness!"

  • BOOBIES!

  • Why this is such a scandalous! blasphemous! issue- we're not used to the sight of naked female breasts in public. Sexualizing it doesn't help either. Even nursing mothers are 'vulgar'.

I'm hoping that if a new generation grew up surrounded by naked boobies, literally, both this and the oversexualizing issues would go away. And I personally don't care if some horny teenager fears demystification ;)

You can't tell from YouTube, but not everything in the world is about SEX omg sex.

  • think of the children!

  • screw the children xD

  • I finally figured out why America is far more restrictive then Europe about womens breasts: because U.S. was started by conservative religious groups (puritans, pilgrims, quakers, shakers, etc.) who left Europe. There were so many millions of conservatives & their laws & influence have effect.

  • why is it wrong to go topless? our breasts arent sexual organs.

  • it's already legal in new york. but yeah, if u show them all the time girls we'll stop noticing. when i first got into middle school i thought that the lowcut shirt and pushup bra was really arousing, but then by 8th grade i didn't even notice because i was so used to it. so if u girls want us to notice yer chests you'll keep em covered because if we see em all the time they'll be old news

  • I always thought it was leagal as long as noone complained

  • whell I know it would add about an hour to my trip to the mall I am a guy and I know I would be walking much more slowly if brests were out... but then again they would lose their flash... we should try makeing it illeagal to show your elbows in public... it may sound crazy but in 10-20 years guys jaws would hit the floor at the sight off a slender elbow

  • I think it should be legal, not because it's sexy....well, not just because it's sexy, but it's like saying to a man that 'you have an erection, go to jail' or whaever.

  • i think everyone should be able to walk around nude combletely i think anyone should be able to show all of there body whenever and wherever they want

  • my own opinion is that it doesn't matter either way, because even if it's no longer illegal not many women will do it anyway

...but I understand that fundamentally it is a double standard

  • the problem is that women's breasts are sexualized but men's chests are not

unless you can change that, overturning that law won't go so well

  • I'd feel uncomfortable walking around topless...But that's just me.

  • What do I think? I think it should be legal for women to go topless in public places.

  • i think any law than derives its purpose from any religious belief should be overthrown. i think sundays being the sabbath day to keep it holy should instead be madnatory topless day....even at church then again i think mans curiousity with religion is the downfall of society....Let Them Titties Free

  • Why we are is we are taught from infancy on up this irrational fear. Hide this dont look at that. Penis and balls must be some kind of deadly weapon if seen he, ha. People act like some kind of laser is going to burn your eyes or something. I want people to view me nude as if it is nothing because it is nothing. Talk about Shakespeares play much a do about nothing, well.. This is how we are acting about nudity.

Nothing in nature has an artificial covering

  • a breast is not a sex organ. Most men find it sexually appealing, (well all i think actually) but its true function is to feed infants. Any woman that has a problem with it can go with a top

  • Common BARRACK!! OBAMA SHOULD LEGALIZE THIS IF HE IS ELECTED!!! .... don't let me down....

  • i speak for every other man in the world when i say let them go topless its there right

  • Yes they should go topless!

  • I've been wondering this same exact thing as well. I'm glad other people have been pondering on this question.

  • If women should have to cover up so should men.The law should be equal for all people.

  • I dont know about this,

Because I believe in equal rights,

    However,

    Im slim with big boobs,

And i get enough trouble with men looking and beeping the horn when im walking,

So if girls walk round topless,

It would just encourage this more!!!

  • here,s the reson 1 (place) no man or woman goes to a council estate council estate topless example 2 (over people) the percent of a woman felling up a man in public very little percent of a man felling up a woman in public well more well more 3 (belief) come on most people are going to say yes but think of over,s no joke some people may fell stress to much anger.

  • okay, this is seriously pissing me off. i'm tired of reading the comments and seeing people say bla bla a women bla bla. Go to school kiddies women is plural form of the noun. it's a womAn not a womEn.

  • If that law were to ever be canceled I would be one of the women who'd cover up. Besides, some women have odd things about there breasts like no nipples or a third one etc. and I don't think they're very comfortable about that fact, so why would they want that law to not exist and wow am I off topic...

Oh and I needed three comments to post all of this *is embarased* what can I say? I have A LOT to say! HA

  • I think that it's quite and (no offense intended) would label the woman doing it as slutty etc. And another point they made about being in public really alienates the Wow factor, I mean, breasts then aren't really special and therefore would run out of business and all the bunnies would become homeless and starve to death or result to prostitution (beside the point).

  • I think it's a very interesting subject. If a woman was to jog around a lake or something, the first thing you'd see would be mothers covering up their kids eyes, rude comments from men and women alike and eventually the police. While, lets say, a man is doing the same thing, we don't receive the same reaction. I have to say that if the law were to have never been made, then no reaction would follow. On my personal thought,

  • Another though is that should we outlaw all all hardcut men that workout to not be able to walk around shirtless?

A women will see it, and some (more than won't most likely) might just get alittle turned on by it.

( i had to make two comments, couldn't fit all of it in one. )

  • The kinda people who want this to stay the way it is are the kind who only thing of the breat as a sexual object...

If you see a woman breastfeeding for instance, do you think of that being sexual?...well maybe you do... o.O.

But the fact is it's a part of the body, everybody knows what they look like, everybody has them, men or women just the ones that women have happen to be larger.

I also agree with every word said in the video, the point of keeping them special for instance.

  • I think this should be legal. We should at least be able to so shritless (not with our bra off). I know tons of guys that where boxers whereever they go also. That's exactly the same thing. They should totally make it legal for women to go shritless anywhere. In a summer this hot, i want to go shritless everywhere, but i can't so i always end up picking a place with their air conditioning running.

  • i don't see a problem with it i am a boy but if we can go shirtless every where we go why cant you the summers are hot my name is matt if you want to talk more reply back

  • my answer is plan and simple..YES! i look at boobs everyday it isn't harming anyone.. besides making you horny.

  • That's very weak reasoning @jonathanfater, you assume that everyone wants to desensitized before losing their virginity, I'm sure most people under the age of 14 would disagree with you, but of course who gives a shit about them right?

  • I think women should be allowed to go topless if they want as long as it's at the right place at the right time. I'm sorry, I'm a woman, I believe in equal opportunity and such, but I'd rather not see some foolish woman walking near a school or something topless.

And for those of you who say just because a woman is topless, it's okay if they get raped because it's "their fault"; you are a horrible person. If a child was near a molester, is it okay for them to be raped because they were there?

  • Agreed

and what the heck? since when is it okay for ANYONE to get raped? i'll agree that it IS a risk they take by going out topless, but honestly most rapes aren't sexual.

i'm a guy, personally i think girls tend to be more reserved with their bodies. just because it's legal doesn't mean you'll suddenly see every woman running around without a shirt on.

personally i'd rather not see people without shirts on altogether, male or female, but that doesn't mean it should be illegal.

  • answer is simple...

There are men who rapes women...

    and

There is no such thing as women raping men...

  • Wanna bet?

  • In Europe there are beaches where everyone can be nude. If it works there shouldn't it work HERE?

  • go for it.. thats just calling for rape.

ehh; idk.. like you guys said, its all about preference, in a sense..

maybe itll happen, maybe not. time will tell

  • in a way its more so to protect the women.

think about the stalkers, rapists, sexual predators, etc.

you never know that the guy right next to you is a serial rapist and at the very sight of some chicks boobs are gonna make him tick

also; think about the sexual predators.

a teenage male is allowed to go topless, no problems, unless the predator rolls that way lol. than again it could be a chick XD

but imagine a teenage female, maybe 16, walks around topless. many sexual well see that and

  • and this is the same reason Islamic fundamentalist's force women to wear burkahs... "It's to 'Protect' them"

this is America, and equal freedom under the law should be just that... equal, and not a double standard as we have here which is also based on antiquated puritanical ideas

    -Rick

  • I absolutely agree. The only "protection" argument that should be made is from the 14th amendment to the Constitution, which states that no state shall "deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." I don't see how anyone could say this is equal protection under the law. And to those that say that children shouldn't be seeing them, grow up. It's only an issue because you're letting it be one. A breast is nurturing first, sexual second.

  • well just look at the female nudists, it's legal for them but nobody really knows why

  • if it is allowed, only the fattest and ugliest will go topless. so no way!

  • fuck no

  • The double standards are ridiculous.

I agree, it makes no sense that a man with boobs bigger than mine should be allowed to go without anything covering them even if it's a total eyesore to others.

Women shouldn't be criminalized for being comfortable with their bodies. Just because others find breasts arousing doesn't make it the woman's resposibility.

Legalizing toplessness would cause a lot of controversy with religion but really, like anything, once it's there everyone gets used to it.

  • If women can wear their tits in public then I should be able to top her tits off with a nice warm load of seepy cum without being arrested.

  • I lived in Germany and the public pools were topless. If you're raised in this environment, it's natural and no one stares. I think it should be okay.

  • Women going topless in grocery stores is a non-issue because many plans also ban men from going topless in grocery stores. That's a health issue, not a decency issue.

But where men *are* allowed to go topless (the beach, jogging down the street, pretty much anywhere it's not a health or dress code problem), then women should be allowed too.

  • Perfectly put. That's how I feel too.

  • GUYS SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO FREEBALL

  • Also- I know a chick who has purple hair!!

  • I agree with the first girls comments... it's sexist. Old men go outside in speedos only... so why can't women go toppless?

  • guys have nipples and a stomach like girls just girls are a little bigger i hope they can!!!!

  • Well I am a guy, so I personally "want" women to go topless.

I guess that means i'm for it. :)

  • ejectTV... lol, women should go topless, so i can take one to the bathroom and then......... u know........

  • this kind of reminds me of the muslim laws where they keep the woman covered up because they're too arrousing to men. Personally I don't want to see a womans boobs but i also don't want to see a 600lb woman or man in a bathing suit. I guess what it comes down to is that it's a stupid law but people should at least be aware of their surrounds, like a woman going into the market topless....that would probably cause some little old lady a heart attack. So do what you want but be conscious of others

  • balls are like boobs ya cant show them so its fair

  • I think that if a person is in a place that others would not expect to see a naked body, it helps to maintain order if everyone is dressed appropriately. Naked people when one is not expecting it can be shocking and intimidating to some. As Ben commented laws should help to maintain order and help people feel safe. There is nothing wrong with nudity but there is nothing right about making other people feel distressed and uncomfortable.

  • My instinct is that both men and women should cover up when they are out and about in the street, shopping etc. I think that everyone should be able to strip naked if they wish at the swimming pool (both outdoor and indoor), on the beach or doing a sport which is easier to do naked (eg. transition from swimming to cycling in sports like triathlon). I think that women should be able to breast feed wherever and whenever necessary.

  • That's another thing: Young girls go topless until they start developing larger breasts. Our society is sick because even before girls have breasts they are taught it's wrong to be topless. I think that's so silly.

When I was younger this girl Kendal was swimming topless (she was like 7 or 8) and my friend and I were caught off guard because girls don't go topless. But we just caried on and swam and had fun.

That's what adults would do if it happens: carry on and have fun.

    I'm for toplessness

  • Men have been topless for so long that their breasts mean nothing anymore. Since women's breasts are still hidden they have that air of mystery to them. But don't tell me that when women see a hot topless guy at the beach they aren't looking at his chest - at his breasts.

Topless women would have perhaps a negative effect at first with staring, but after people warmed up to it (by force or acceptance!) then it would be as normal as a naked baby.

  • Further to comment on that topic, what about 'nudity' in movies? Most often a topless women in a movie is considered nudity, but a topless man is nothing, is normal. Once genitalia is shown I suppose it should be considered nudity, but to me it really depends on the context. If it's sexual, like an erect penis or wet vagina then that's one thing, but if nudity of any kind is natural I'm all for it - I support it and welcome it.

That's not the direction I was going to take...

  • WOMEN SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO GO TOPLESS JUST THE SAME AS MEN DO. Either they should outlaw men topless, or allow women topless. It doesn't make any sense because men and women's breasts are just the same only women have extra fat and tissue.

It especially doesn't make sense since women's clothing is often designed around breasts as to make them prominent and noticeable. Clothing is also very skimpy so women practically wear nothing anyway! It's like everything except nipples is okay to show. Why?

  • because we're all governed by a Christian government and, "traditionally" speaking, nipples have something to do with being used/seen wihlst nurturing a child because that's their use.

Basically it's back to religious restriction.

  • Well I say this too, If women went topless in public....look at all that would go wrong..Women would get pissed for guys staring..

husbands and boyfriends would get jealous for other guys staring...violence would occur..car collisions would increase..from people not staring at the road.. they would be staring at breast....I dont want my gf doing it for the reasons above...

  • sorry made a bad typo .switching=situation**

  • High chances of rape? I don't think so.

  • yeah, but think about it; if it were common then it wouldn't be something to rape someone over. It'd be just like seeing someone's hand or face because you'd get used to it.

  • You are focused on the USA only - it's pretty normal in Europe...

  • Well, North America for that matter - It's illegal in Canada too.

  • ok well you say the law should keep people safe right, well... if women run around topless dont you think there is more chance that rape will rise?

  • well said freak, not only that society complians about women dressing to skimpy, then

there is this switching, ppl believe women should be allow to go topless.....my word to the blond.....i happen to love purple hair!

  • It's not illegal in all places, the city i live in allows women to go topless in public if they want.

  • i think that people who say it's "bad" or ilegal are either gay or women who have horrible breasts

  • HELL YEAH!!!!

  • i think that it should be aloud. I dont think a lot of people would like it at first, but i think that's because people in our society are just used to having that covered up.

  • it should all be about choice

  • I think it should be legal because its only fair. Plus maybe finally our society could have an appreciation for women with really small boobs or no boobs at all. It should be legal. Also, if nudity was legal I really doubt that everyone would go naked places; honestly, I think it doesn't really matter if its legal or not. There are guys out there who would never go out in public without a shirt on and same will go for certain women. But let those who want to be free to do so though

  • women yes men no

  • it should be illegal for people with disgusting bodies to have a shirt off man or woman period but with the men and women shirts off thing women say hes a man he will get a boner if he sees boobs but what women never metion is if a guy is jacked and has an eight pack the women r gonna be lookin at that dude just as much as men look at women with no shirt on

  • u think that it should be ilegal becasue i dont wanna walk down the street and every guy that i see has a meter long pole sticking out of there pants...

  • that would only happen if you actually chose to go topless.

besides, after everyone settles down from seeing exposed breasts in the streets, men will get used to seeing them and they wont be as arousing.

  • The only reason women's breasts are seen as "sexual" is because we made it that way... Immagine if ALL people were to be allowed to walk around naked; it wouldn't be any different then if we had clothes because we wouldn't have known any different!

  • I think it's been legal here in Ontario for over 10 years. But hardly any women actually do it.

  • ya i think they sould but i think there sould be some thing tha you cant go into a place with food and that is for guys and girls that is what i think

  • Well Breast feeding is legal everywhere.......but that for different reasons though....and you'd have to be some sorta perve to get turned on by a girl feeding the baby....lol

  • Because breasta are very sexual bodyparts among females. If you two didn't know that, then it's stime you two lose your virginity. (I keed,I keed)

  • I think nudity is not indecent .God made us this way. The human body that he made glorifies God. Just like the bodies of our four footed animal friends. Imagine them having clothes on them; wouldn't the glory of their being be lessoned?

We are making way to much of a thing of nudity..

  • no. i wouldnt go out topless, but if someone else wanted to why not let them? the female breast is no different than a mans, except for the size. people sexualize the breast to much and make it "bad". if guys can walk around topless, then why should women be deprived? society is retarded.

  • it should be - i wouldn't do it, but i'd like to have the option!

  • meh if it was to go legal, in ten year more than 50% women will be topless, and 20 year later we won't mind it.

  • It should definitely be legal. I'd say limit it to women 18 and older (for obvious reasons), but there's no reason that a woman should fear showing her chest in public.

  • What obvious reasons do you refer to? Sounds like you are making assumptions.

  • it IS legal where i am, its just that nobody cares if they do or don't.

  • yes it should!

  • omg just because it could be allowed doesnt mean that they would do it...

  • There would be more rape cases than ever before, all the little fuckin' babies will see the boobies and grow up to be...out of the ordinary...and most important of all, they will get stuck on things and could potentially hurt little children running into them...like a bat coming straight for that little shit's face! Sounds like an ordeal society to me, Dan+Jen. (By the way, if you think this comment is meant to be serious, you can jump off a fuckin' bridge screaming "BOOBIES!" Twice.)
