@odin650 well, you go onto that person's channel you want to befriend. Scroll down a little, and you'll find a picture, let's say, of a turtle (for example). Next to it, you'll find like two or three thin rectangles. One will say "Subscribe", another "Friend Request" and the last "Flag this User." Click on "Friend Request", and then a green screen on the top of the page will say, "Request sended" or some other stuff. There you go. :)
