Vertice select hasn't moved since the first blender (Blender 1.0) and still isn't moving in blender 2.50 (A complete re-model of blender) I really cant help you since it is very obvious. Look closely in the video on what i click.
well, you have to press "p" hhhmmm you might of modelled it wrong, this is averagely easy to fix. press TAB then go into edit tab, add a new UV texture to the object, now go into "texture face" tab. Select one face and then select "twoside".
Do this to every face. There might be an easier way i dont know about though....
Thanks that was my second tut ever. Im still learning better ways. I want to make an Advanced FPS Game Tutorial as soon as i work out how to do it myself.
Someone needs to make this in 2.56 cuz its not working every time i try it :(

Just below the 3D window just run your mouse over the first line of buttons until you find something called verticie select
