yes once again "SENDA BAD HEZBE DEMOCRATICE KHALQE AFGHANISTAN AND ROSHAAN BAD STARE SHAHIDANE MOBARAKESH"
When it comes to artists like Ahmad Wali jaan, no one can spread this bullshit about him being a member of the PDPA or any other political party. And when it comes to your political opinion, I have news for you pal! People like you will be reunited with your leaders, Taraki, Karmal and ofcourse your grandpa Lenin....in the hell!!!!!!!!!
artist like amad wali&hanghama, naghma&mangal, wajiha, nashinaz and many others were the production and members of "afghan democratic khalq party". in that time the afghan art made a upward movement like never seen before and after. 30 years ago that party gave us an artistic wealth which we still can not use up. the artists produced that time r the absolut stars of today and the art of that time became a national treasure.
For your info, ahmad wali, hangama, nashinaz are not product of any political party. ahmad wali had been singing since mid 60s along with nashinaz. Hangama started singing in the early part of 70s. They are product of Afghanistan's glory days. Maybe Farhad darya, wajia, and others that came along in the 80s were product of your political party. And TV and Radio were well established before the political factions arrived. So screw your political party.
I love this song, in my opinion the best pashtoo song ever, mashAllah beautiful. But I can't hear everything that he is singing, does anyone have a written lyrics for this song?
What a gorgeous song- brings back so many childhood memories. My dad always used to play these songs when I was a child- lol...still does now and again. Beautiful.
Ahmad Wali jan: just to let you know that even though you have decided not to appear on the TV channels, we love you and will always love you. That's why Afghans have decided to append the dearest word "jan" after your name (Ahmad Wali jan). You deserve the suffix "jan!" Looking forward to seeing your documentary DVD. God be with you.
I believe A. Wali jan should know by now how much we love and respect him. His voice touches hearts and souls and his pride for being Afghan makes me proud to be an Afghan.
Well, with all due respect to A. wali jan, he has decided for the past 25 years to stay secluded from the whole afghan " scene", other than concerts and some videos. He has become a very private individual who has decided not to grant interviews or be part of the larger afghan medium. I personally respect him for that, but at the same time, there have been many programs attributed to his legacy. I mean when was the last time heard from him in any type of publication or visual media?
Nainawaz jan; as you said, he is a very private person; this is the way he was brought up. As one of his fans, I appreciate that and have utmost respect for him. I know he has been refusing to appear on the TV channels; I have spoken to him. The reason behind it is that he's quite considerate and doesn't want to favour one channel over the other. He cannot appear to all the 6 channels. He's working on a documentary DVD that will provide answers to his fans. Looking forward to seeing it.
OMG! Is this true? I cannot wait for that DVD to be released. I hope it be a complete documentay that includes not only his professional but also his personal life. I am quite interested to know how many kids he has and if any of his children is following his path? I cannot wait!
I guess a documentary on his professional and personal lifes would a great idea rather than letting idiots interviewing him on TV channels, but this is my personal opinion.
Nainawaz jan, I am not a famous person but believe me if any one of these TV channels want to interview me, I would not accept. theyare not worth it. One channel against another with meaningless programs and young, arrogant producers who do what their hearts desire. So, I would not blame A. Wali jan for granting interviews with them. Also, he can't say Yes to one channel and No to others or he has to present to all of them which is not possible. It is my opinion. I hope you don't take it wrong.
Great singer with great song!! ((separation is like fire))) it is true.
Why dont we formally appreciate his services to Afghanistan music industry??? He is alive shokor, and has to know he is appreciated by his fans and afghans.
B/c our people don't appreciate anything unless they lose it. A. Wali jan is loved by us. Unfortunately, the young audience and TV programmers do not have enough knowledge of understanding quality music to appreciate him. A singer has to sing "maast" songs or make high pitch sounds in order to be appreciated. I do not watch TV b/c these people make me sick ordering/ playing those stupid songs over and over.
Great song from our master A. Wali jan. Just want to know if anyone has his songs with Hangama jan in police uniform. Could you please share. Those were so wonderful clips; I don't know what happened to them.
I mean their duet songs that were recorded in the police uniform "e.g., blageer-e tu gardem or baraan shawam..etc." They had great duet songs with the police uniform but once one communist gov't switched to another, all there songs were gone. As if someone stole or discarded them.
Really...wow, I didnt know they had duet videos with those songs. I have never seen them. I am sure someone has copies of them, but it is unfortunate they are not available.
They had beautiful duet songs with the police uniform; they looked amazing professional officers. As Assady jan says, I also wonder what happended to them. They were great songs.
Nainawaz jan, I did not mean that Hangama jan should have danced for him. All I meant was that with Hangama jan's presence, the clip would have been more appealing. Just the same way she stood beside him for "mahe man emshab..." It is my personal opinion that the song is really great but it is not a great clip b/c of this weird dance.
A. Wali's name is synonymous to the best of the best of the best. He is a top singer with legendary status. However, I think Zarghona Aaram's dancing is not appropriate for his style of music. Anyway, this is my personal point of view.
I LOVE this song!have been looking for this video for yeeears, THANK YOU so much for posting!Does anyone know the complete lyrics, cause i can't hear all of it!would mean the world 2 me if someone could translate the song!manana!:)
You are right Karwizz agha....I have a majlisi of this song as well with Ahmad wali and ustad Nainawaaz ..i always listen to it..this is another great pashtu composition of u. nainawaaz along with sta de stergo and shereen omr che tereje

Marvellous song; I wish instead of Zarghona Aaraam, it was Hangama jan. She dances really poorly and is not good enough for such song.

You are so right about this.

A. Wali's name is synonymous to the best of the best of the best. He is a top singer with legendary status. However, I think Zarghona Aaram's dancing is not appropriate for his style of music. Anyway, this is my personal point of view.
