  • I always feel like her LPs are where she loses points. She always has a mess up somewhere in her longs, I love her SPs much more than longs.

  • Commentators are Scott Hamilton, Sandra Bezic, Dick Button and Tom Hammond.

  • She had wonderful energy throughout this program. Fast skating, spins, and spiral sequence.

  • She is a Jews !!

  • i feel like all the big names in skating never get gold at the olympics.. sasha, michelle kwan, johnny weir, ect.

  • who are the commentators ?

  • @123Vanity321 Peggy Flemming and Scott Hamilton I believe

  • @123Vanity321 the commentators are actually Dick Button, Scott Hamilton, and Sandra Bezic.

  • I would have given her 1000 points for the high kick and arm extension alone at 5:05

  • She is so flexible! So pretty. :)

  • This makes me so sad. Sasha is one of the best skaters of all time. If only she had the consistency. We love you Sasha!

  • A gazillion thumbs-up for such a dazzling and phenomenal performance. As of December 6 2011. 31 People dont know anything about figure skating. All they know is jealousy of Sasha COhen's greatness.

  • What makes Sasha so great is because of her passion, artistry, strength, flexibility, grace, jumps, spins.I think I said everything.&Sasha is everything.I mean,Who the heck cares if she fell twice?!That overall performance. That was what truly we should care about. That is Sasha Cohen. That is a great figure skater. She is more than a phenomenon. She is Sasha Cohen. One of the greatest figure skaters alive.

She is a figure skating and phenomenal Juliet.

"Everyone else skates to Romeo&Juliet,She IS JULIET"

  • She has such amazing spins and her spiral combinations are so exquisite but only if her first jumps were perfect she was really close to landing them I almost fell out of my seat when I saw her fall but when u skate all u could really do is get up and dust yourself off and finish the rest of the program

  • It is such a beautiful program. The choreography is so detailed and her positions are just out of this world. It's a pity that she wasn't able to quite put everything together. She undoubtedly would have won gold with an error-free skate.

  • ohhh!!! Dios!!! la amooooo!!!!!! sasha es perfecta... no me importan sus errores. es emocional, pasional... sabe transmitir. es un gusto verla. la amo

  • I really admire her for carrying on - when I fall I dont carry on

  • so many people critisize her performance because of those two missed jumps. they probably dont think about how much pressure she is under, in the OLYMPICS when she is leading after the short program. cut her some slack! its super hard to land jumps under pressure, and i know that from experience

  • She is one of the few skaters that have brought me to tears. I was enchanted. I felt like I was in a garden watching Juliet dance and just.....it was magical. She is the reason I want skating so badly, besides the sport itself. She's inspiring period. And she wasn't obscenely young when she went to the Olympics, making her a more realistic rolemodel than Tara Lipinski (OGM at 15) and Kwan, who was an Olympic alternate at 13 years, or 14. :) Sasha is amazing.

  • my favorite of all time i dont care how much she fell she is always going to be amazing

  • Breathtaking!!! The only skater who could fall twice and still have you saying how did she not win.

  • @Appaddict01 Okay! That's what I have been saying the last 5 years even with those 2 falls she still was better than the rest of the field. She was best before she even stepped on the ice. She might not have been consistent in her career, but none of those girl could touch her with that artistry. The only reason why she didn't win gold is because it would have been drama because of the controversy in Salt Lake 4 years earlier.

  • She looked so beautiful and graceful when she fell! DEFINITELY GOLD MEDAL WORTHY! No- Gold would be soo superficial. Silver is pure and perfect and amazing-like Sasha. She is magical. She is THE only skater, who can make me feel so much emotion when she skates. She IS Juliet. A better, tragic and graceful version of Juliet Capulet. Her skating leaves traces of magic.

  • she stills look impressive when she falls..O: sasha, is AMAZING. period.

  • I remember watching this on TV... it was the first time I'd ever seen her skate and from that moment on she's been my favourite skater - she inspires me :)

  • the second half of this performance only proves that its never too late for anyone to turn their lives around and make the ending a masterpiece. crazy beautiful. way to go sasha!

  • If only she had skated it cleaner... the program, the style, even the costume: everything here was more worth of gold than arakawa's!

  • Absolutely beautiful! I know the middle music is Nino Rota, but does anyone know the orchesrated beginning and end music?

  • The timing of the spiral sequence is just amazing. Sasha, you beautiful, talented idiot. Why couldn't you have taken this title. If you skated to your talent level, without the inhibition, you would have won this! Silver is still great, but you're like the Ana Ivanovic of figure skating. So talented, and then the mental side is just...so disappointing.

  • It was too bad that she fell. Aside for the fall and step out, I truly think that this was the best of any of her performance. She fell but the beauty of her performance made you forget she did.

  • This made me cry. She IS Juliet.

  • I remember being heartbroken when I watched this live. I was so heartbroken for her. she looked like she was about to cry in that last moment at the end of her program, her final pose.

I'm so happy she placed silver. she deserved gold more than anything, though. I understand why she didn't get it, obviously; but she deserved gold, IMHO.

  • @thisferalhybrid I totally agree

  • You know after the second mistake in the beginning of the program that her heart was already laying on the ice. How she was able to finish with such energy and poise is astonishing! A real tribute to her true grit.

  • Her beautiful spins and spirals are breathtaking for sure; her strength is her wonderful suppleness, she lacks a bit of power and confidence on her jump series, which was a real shame, as this was a wonderful programme:(

  • Esse eu acho que foi o único torneio dela que ela passou tanta vergonha.

  • @JensPeris Yes, the men's skating hasn't been affected as much as the women's skating under the COP. Every program truly looks the same. I really miss the diverse programs under the 6.0 system. This program that Sasha did here was so beautiful (this and Yuna's 2010 program were the only COP LPs I ever really liked). It's sad that she just couldn't keep it together...

  • Ehh to the naysayers. I have never seen anyone before her or anyone after her that was any better than her.

  • Comment removed

  • The biggest waste of American skating talent, right up there with Nicole Bobek and Tanya Harding!

  • You can see in her eyes that she knew she lost it before she even started. With two bad jump landings and a silver medal, you know the judges wanted to give it to her - if only she had stayed on her feet! =(

  • This is gorgeous, falls included. My breathe is completely silent during this performance. It was perfectly choreographed. When I think of womens figure skating I think of oksana baiuls swan lake performance from Hamar in 94 And cohens Romeo and Juliet from 2006. They defy the spirit of the olympics.

  • @ferdyspears indeed. still the most perfect program of the night even with the falls. There is more to skating than triple jumps.

  • @midnightblusky lol yup HENCE THE QUOTATIONS.

  • The sad look in her eyes after this performance is something that I'll always remember from these Games. I really admire her for skating so well after those two mistakes at the beginning because this truly was a beautiful performance. She totally deserved that silver medal.

  • Ah yes, Torino's Silver Belle:) A beautiful girl, an incredible skater, and an awesome all around athlete. And to think she had a GROIN INJURY and performed like this..courage, fire, and grace.

  • @midnightblusky thats why its in quotes

  • perfection even with mistakes

  • I swear... every time I see 3:00- 3:20, when it's just her skating, simple music and the crowd is completely silent, I feel like I shouldn't be watching... like it's just a private moment, her skating along, just one with the song. It's so beautiful. this is such a gorgeous performance, falls and all.

  • I feel so sorry for her. She's so beautiful and those falls.. They doesn't mean anything to me, really. Cause she absolutely had my breath the rest of the program. Sasha Cohen is the only ice skater I've ever liked, really. You can even almost feel her personality through her choreography. Just love her, that's all!

  • There are so many moments to love about Sasha and this performance but one that I wall always remember is the high kick at 5:00 near the end of the program. It is like she knew she messed up early, but also knew that she kicked azz for the remainder of the program.

  • 26 idiots!!!

  • the difference between everyone who skates to romeo and juliet

    is she IS Juliet

    so true

  • Comment removed

  • Look at her speed during her spiral sequence. Just incredible speed. Perfect.

  • Many people forget that most skaters DO fall. MK fell, costing her OG twice. The thing about Sasha is that she has so much talent and natural beauty and grace which would make her undoubtably the best figure skater in the world, and yet she can't seem to get it right when it counts the most. I mean, people, it's not like she WANTS to fall and purposely lose. Figure skating is technically difficult and is very hard mastery. Ice isn't easy. So give her a break. I'd love to see one of you put....

  • @BrunetteChickie Thank you! i skate competitivly as well(im nowhere near her lvl though... grr) and I just want to thank you for not complaining about the completely normal falls. also, GO SASHA COHEN! WOO

  • @BrunetteChickie Of course all skaters fall during their careers, but few fell with the regularity that Sasha did. There is no way Michelle Kwan should be lumped with Sasha when the subject is falling. Michelle Kwan is a winner...she is a champion. She skated cleanly under immense pressure time and time again. Sasha Cohen is a beautiful skater but she couldn't even skate a clean LP during her career...perhaps once but certainly not more than that. Perhaps the most inconsistent skater in history.

  • @BrunetteChickie: I agree with you that Cohen is a MAJOR talent, and beautiful. Also, we all know that figure skating is very hard. Just for the record, Kwan fell once on a flip at the Olympics in 2002, but completed 7 triples cleanly in 1998, and did not fall at all.

Cohen, if she had been more consistent, could have literally been an OG medalist and won numerous worlds, which I wish she had done. This program here, to Romeo and Juliet, is one of the greatest of all time in my opinion.

  • "everyone else skates to romeo and juliet, she IS juliet." :')

  • she is the best skater i ever saw i wish like her i just learned my camel spin

  • Despite her botched jumps, Sasha is the only figure skater who should be considered an artist.

  • Held up in both the SP and LP, what a joke winning the silver!

  • All the grace and poise in the world cannot make up for the fact that the girl simply had to sit her ass on the ice in every competition she entered. It's like she had a magnet in her ass and there was one implanted in the ice. Crash! Bang! Flop!

  • Ouch. OUCH. Her left leg is taped for a groin injury, the commentator said—and then she did all those splits, stretching that area even more? Such a brave athlete she is!

  • She is simply and truthfully the most beautiful artistic heartbreaking skater ever.

  • How beautiful is this???

It doesn't matter that she fell, that wasn't able to destroy the incredible beauty of this program!!!!! I love and miss her very much!!!

  • Love, love, love her! She just such a graceful skater. Even though i just came back from 2 hours of practice and my feet are really sore, i wanna go ice skating again. She's so inspiring.

  • Ah sasha had the best spins I have ever seen. her spiral sequences were breathtaking. I cried watching this on tv, i wonder how it was live.

    sasha you'll always be a champion <3

  • Dear Sasha,

Thanks for being the loveliest skater I have ever seen.

  • exceedingly beautiful in every angle!

  • cute ^ ^ 1.13

  • beautiful music, beautiful program, beautiful girl!

  • Wow. First, SCFigureSkatingBj, thank you for describing the moves I was seeing. I wondered why nobody had done that in the past. Second, this is one of the gutsiest performances I've ever seen in the Olympics. True champion. It's not whether you fall, we all do that, it's what you do when you get back up. I still remember it from it from over 4 years ago and come back and watch. She became Juliet in this performance. Simply beautiful . . . I'll take the two falls also for that performance.

  • I cannot even imagine having to get back up after two huge mistakes and finishing perfectly. Kudos to her!

  • when I watch this, I can smell the ice...

  • Oddly enough, this is one of my favorite performances of hers. She's so emotive and one can't help but cheer her on as she fights with everything she has to not only finish the program cleanly, but give it everything she has artistically. It is not her at her best, yet I will never forget this routine and I LOVE that she silences the over-chattering judges once she brings the performance back. I guess the falls somewhat apply to Romeo and Juliet, in my mind.

    A true artist.

  • Sasha won the silver over Irina because, despite two major errors, she was flawless the rest of the way. Also, her choreography was miles and miles ahead of Slutskaya. Cohen still had the beautiful positions while, quite frankly, Irina had absolutely horrid ones [including a blantantly insulting version of Sasha's signature catchfoot leg positions].

  • god, i hate the stupid commentary man. get over urself! she's beautiful!

  • It makes me really scared when she gets close to the wall.....I'm afraid the same thing will happen to her that happened to Midori Ito.....

  • Silver medal, woo...

  • Happy birthday Sashie!

  • I remember watching this live, being devastated at her falls, and then just my heart pounding in amazement at the recovery of the rest of the program. she deserved that silver medal.

  • can anybody tell me?? why was her flip not counted as a fall??

  • @sumimimi0

it was a step out, she puts her left foot on the ice after landing badly on the right foot and she put her hand down so it isnt a fall but she still gets a reduction for it. if you look she doesnt actually fall with her butt on the ice like the triple lutz.

  • @cbarragan9 thanks for telling me!

  • 95,000 views? i think 5,000 of those are mine i cant stop watching her!

  • Sasha was the first skater to have bendy positions in all of her moves; she set the standard of skating we see today, which has unfortunately turned skating from women skaters to pixie skaters. The judges really wanted Sasha to win, considering she got 2nd after two falls. Sasha is such a headcase I think she almost has to fall in important performances to get it out of her system. Then she allows herself to complete the program with perfection, but not until it's too late.

  • 1:17 orgasmn

  • I really wanted her to win :(

  • "The difference between Sasha and everyone else is that everyone else skates to Romeo and Juliet, but she is Juliet" <3 Sasha

  • Even though she fell, the rest of her program makes you forget that she even did. It's just that much better. Irina on the other hand fell and you're still waiting for her to fall.

  • "But those sad eyes tell the story...." Such a heartbreaking and beautiful performance. We'll never see another Sasha. Thank you for gracing the ice with your extraordinary talent and style.

  • Not a bad performance overall :D I like the Triple Flutz comment at the top hehe

  • One thing about this program that I never saw in any other performance was the high kick she made right after her final triple and right before the final combo spins. It was like she was saying "take that" LOL. I wonder if that was planned?

  • in a way i prefer shizukas performance over this..not meaning that its not as good but their right you can see that there is some doubt in her eyes like something wasnt fully right.

  • Watching this in 2006 was completely heartbreaking. Arakawa skated a clean program, but I have to say I didn't care for her LP and the very repetitive spin combinations. I like how even Sasha's flawed programs build up to something. I like her story telling so much more than every other skater.

  • @ejmcint Amen

  • @ejmcint Sasha had very many flawed programs. :0)

  • I find it so amazing how 2 downfalls turned into the most amazing performance I've ever seen Sasha do. Though she won the silver medal, in my opinion, she had gold written all over her. This is my favorite program :)

  • The Silver Collector

  • who won the olymipcs in 2006?

  • shizuka arakawa

  • She and Michelle will always be my favorites.

  • really i think this program was a very successfully done program of hers, yeah she fell on 2 jumps but the rest was perfection!

  • Comment removed

  • @pinto89100

I agree with you. This performance was so beautiful that by the time she's done, you even forget she made a couple of mistakes in the beginning.

I love her skating, her spirals are the best in the business!! She doesn't always land her jumps, but when she does, they are just beautiful! I don't know how she manages to keep her back so straight lol!!!

I also love her artistry and her body line!

I'd rather skate like Sasha Cohen than any other skater who always land their jumps!!!!

  • @pinto89100 It doesn't matter if you have the hardest tricks in the world if you can't do them cleanly and consistently. No one can touch Michelle on artistry and consistency.

  • @gymcoach08 Artistry is a very....controversial subject I think I am safe to say. I don't find Michelle as artistic as people paint her as, but you are entitled to your opinion as I am to mine.

  • @pinto89100 i don't think michelle is incredibly artistic either. what makes her presentation is so great is that she combines GOOD artistry with unbelievable emotion and expression. and i'm a huge michelle kwan fan btw.

  • Other than the falls, it wasn't that bad!

  • I remember watching this and my heart literally sank when Sasha fell on her first jump. While Sasha's SP's are usually flawless, her LP's typically fall apart at some point in the program. I have to say though Sasha's spirals are absolutely stunning!

  • My favorite figure skating performance. EVER.

  • @oesdoob i remember my eyes watering when i saw/heard "a time for us" at 2:13 through 2:25 and knew she'd lost her last chance :/

  • Such a great musical selection, choreography and performance, despite the errors.I can watch this over and over and it is like she never even falls. It does not really diminish the performance overall. How many skaters can you say that about after a fall? This is what sets Sasha apart from everyone else. I am not hatin' on Michelle when I say that either.

  • People say the same thing about whichever skater they prefer, actually

  • @HowsaBowsaYowsa The odd thing is that those falls made this performance so significant, so memorable. Juliet had to fall like Sasha did... It just belongs to the story what she told here...

Despite that it was an olimic performance among all the errors what Sasha made along the years these two falls are the less disturbing ones... The less "so painful to watch" ones.

  • her romeo and juliet program at the 2002 sears open was what i wish this was like. she is still the best skater to exist though, i love sasha cohen.

  • I would pay more money to see Sasha Cohen figure skate than a lot of the skaters competing today. She is way more flexible than Rachael Flatt. Besides, Sasha Cohen is one of the biggest headliners of Stars on Ice. More people have heard of her than Sarah Hughes or Miki Ando. That's pretty sad that those four minutes that Sarah Hughes had made her less famous than Sasha. I would watch Sasha's I-spin over Kim-Yuna's anyday!

  • @flaming188 Rachel Flatt is a good example of the skaters who check all the boxes but just don't skate with anything like the beauty of Sasha. It was so sad to see Sasha unable to complete a strong long program this year. It was clear she still has the ability to do all the moves but it seemed she didn't have the confidence to do them when it counted most. She's still phenomenal.

  • thank you announcer for the very thoughtful comment of "thats a fall!" when she, you guessed it, falls. no shit sherlock! lol! :)

  • @EverythingElse723 Watching this again and listening to Scott Hamilton's commentary after the lutz and the first flip, I just want to say, "SHUT UP, Scott! Enough!" (And I like Scott Hamilton.)

  • @EverythingElse723 the commentator was actually saying "triple lutz, a fall" which would be his reaction to the fall.

  • Comment removed

  • @EverythingElse723 @EverythingElse723 he didn't said "that's a fall".. he said "triple lutz; a fall!"

like saying she missed the jump! jaja

  • @EverythingElse723 truth- those comment boxes are extremely annoying and distracting!

  • @EverythingElse723

he said "triple lutz: a fall" not "That's a fall. just letting you know.

  • Fantastic job, Sasha! I know you can do better in the way you jump then when you land kind of fall, I know you can do it! I will like you forever! Wooo! You can do it, I believe in you!

    :D

  • She deserved gold so so so much! She was cheated out of a gold medal but she must be proud any ways.

  • @figureskater2297 - there is no way she was cheated of gold with this performance!

  • @figureskater2297 lol ru kidding?

  • I'm not even going to join in this shitfest.

    Go Sasha. =)

  • 終わったときの彼女の悲しそうな顔といったら。

  • the only problem sasha has is when she jumps she is stable but when she lands she almost falls. she is way to light but because she is so light she can do so much but her weakness is jumping and my weakness with figure skating is jumping and spirals so she is not the only one with weaknesses

  • Chill out, everyone!

The problem/beauty of figure skating is that it combines athletics and art. Sasha's artistry is utterly unmatched and her athleticism underrated (look at her speed and agility). But obviously, she's been unable to do a FS with clean jumps in a major world competition, so she can't be proclaimed "the greatest." Then again, I'm not sure anyone can make that claim -- everyone has their limitations.

  • @gokinsmen

Yes, everyone has their weaknesses...and Sasha is fabulous artistically. However, to blame her lack of titles on judging conspiracies is entirely ridiculous. I am not saying the sport is free of questionable judging, but anyone with basic knowledge of figure skating understands she didn't win because she could not land jumps...YES the judges favored Michelle because she combined artistry and athleticism much better than Sasha ever did.

  • Michelle Kwan was artistic. She did the change of edge spiral and the layback spin with the arms down the back. She also did an almost spiral position on her double axel. She deserved the 6.os at the 2004 Nationals in the long program. And she was CLEAN!

  • its nice that you put everything in the corner...but like that kinda ruins it cause then you know if shes going to fall or land..maybe put it under...

  • That didn't feel like a four-minute-long free skate. All that time seemed to have just flown by.

  • I, for one, am not making excuses for her.

I JUST LOVE HER. I'm not trying to force every single person to like her just as you are trying to make everyone hate her.

You just can't accept other people's opinion. I'm not arguing with you.

I KNOW SHE FALLS OK? I KNOW SHE'S NOT AN OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALIST.

The only point I want to let out is that I LOVE HER! That's it!

Why are you so bitter that there are a lot that like her?

  • I have no problem with other people's opinion...what gave you that idea? People are entitled to hold whatever opinion they wish about Sasha, but there is no disputing facts. Just because I am realistic about her abilities doesn't mean I am bitter...the fact that you "love" her probably impacts your ability to be unbiased. That's fine, but you shouldn't get upset when others point out that Sasha is not even close to being the best. She's a pretty skater, but her career is seriously lacking.

  • @MissThingSings Because every single post of a Sasha fan saying they love her, you bash them.

This is going no where. It's like talking to a MR person.

I watch other skaters and I appreciate them, especially Caroline Zhang, Shizuka Arakawa and Midori Ito.

This will be my last reply. There's no point in arguing with a person who just can't accept that they're not the only ones with opinions.

All I'm saying is that I love Sasha. That's it.

  • @MikagamiMenou

Please show me where I bashed someone because the love Sasha? It hasn't happened...I don't care if people love Sasha, all I have done is debate whether or not she is as great as her fans say she is. People come here to discuss, debate and fawn over...that's fine. But this isn't Sasha's living room! I appreciate many skaters as well...I think Sasha is a beautiful skater, but she's far from being great overall. You just want everyone to love her like you do!

  • @MissThingSings I'm not upset that people point out her mistakes.

For the millionth time, I KNOW SHE'S NOT PERFECT. I KNOW SHE FALLS. I KNOW THAT. WE HAVE ESTABLISHED THAT.

Moving on. Don't be ignorant to say I don't have the ability to be unbiased. I'm not. It's just my OPINION. Look it up in the dictionary.

And my OPINION is that Sasha is the most beautiful skater to ME. I'm not saying she is THE best. She is to ME.

  • @MikagamiMenou

If you don't want to be challenged about your feelings for Sasha and her skating then maybe you should keep them to yourself. You are being a bit of a drama queen...chill.

  • @MikagamiMenou

You are really being a drama queen...chill already. No one is "bashing" you, and no one is denying you your "love" of Sasha. If you don't want your opinions about Sasha to be challenged you should keep them to yourself. People come here to talk and debate...everyone's opinion is welcomed. This is not a Sasha shrine. Grow up!

  • her spirals makes everyone else's look like crap

but still...i wish she was a good jumper, cuz then she'd actually be unstoppable

  • @happybunnyrox1

Sasha has the best spiral in the business!!! It's not just the flexibility, it's the solidity of the edge... I wish I had her spiral!!!

  • I personally don't care if she has titles or not. The arguement: "She always falls." Is not enough to defer me from the fact that she is a JEWEL in every way.

I'd choose to watch Sasha over any other gold medalist any day.

She's a pleasure to watch, touching me with the emotions and grace she displays on the ice.

I cried for Sasha not because of her falls. I cried because she fought until the end.

Who can fall two times in a row and still win the Olympic Silver Medal?

    Answer: Sasha Cohen

  • Comment removed

  • @MissThingSings Well, it's not my fault you don't appreciate something beautiful.

I don't point any of this to you. Why are you so affected?

I don't want to argue with someone who can't live with other people liking what she doesn't like. That is just selfish.

I FREAKING KNOW SHE FALLS. BUT I STILL LOVE HER. I DON'T FREAKING CARE IF A LOT OF PEOPLE DON'T LIKE HER.

Live with the fact that there are people who admire her. Live with the fact that she has fans. You're such a hater.

    GROW UP!

  • @MikagamiMenou

Just because I know great skating is more than great artistry doesn't mean I don't appreciate beauty. I appreciate Sasha's beauty, and I have said as much many times. However, skating is a competition and not the ice capades...jumps matter a great deal and Sasha fails at jumping the majority of the time. That is significant and her fans should not make excuses.

  • And just for the record, she landed the same number of triples as the gold medalist.... I was bummed she couldnt be more consistent, but think of ALL the female skaters out there... even at this competition, there were 30 ladies, so Sasha, for all her inconsistencies, was judged to be quite near the top for a number of years... Then I read youtubers post shitty statements about her, and I can't help but scratch my head..

  • @MLC2005

You complain about the "silly" debate and then you elect to participate? lol...just because some people can be objective about Sasha doesn't mean they are posting "shitty" comments. People are free to adore Sasha above all others, but if you are going to call her the best you really should be prepared to back it up factually. The fact is that she's a beautiful artist, but she doesn't have what it takes to be considered among the greatest skaters. That requires jumps and titles.

  • Thank you Crimson and Missthing: For making me have to scroll through pages and pages of silly debate and diatribing... I really really appreciate it!!!!

    Arghhhhhh :(

  • @gokinsmen Yeah. It would only mean she's perfect.

Even when she falls, other skaters still look like crap in comparison.

  • @MikagamiMenou

The object of the sport is not to look the best! The object is to WIN TITLES! Otherwise everyone would be in ice shows! People need to stop making excuses for Sasha...all of her artistry and grace means NOTHING without wins. She needs to learn how to jump or consider ice dancing.

  • Comment removed

  • that female commentator is so stupid. "everyone else skates to romeo and juliet...but she is juliet." what a cunt!

  • 2 falls and win a silver medal???? what a shame.

  • i have come to learn that an amazing way to avoid falls like that and such is to just keep a positive mind and keep repeating in you head "i got this! you can do this! youll be amazing! i can make this jump, race, or what ever it is!" it really helps!

  • @missThingsSings: im not offended im just saying mby u should try and get out there and do what she does, if you knew ur facts straight u would know that shes getting help for her 'stage fright' and training even harder than before. now if you want to keep arguing over silly things like this then mby you shouldnt be on here in the first place! im not waisting my time anymore! TNKS!!! BYE!!!!! :)))))))))))))

  • @LUVWUV999: How ridiculous you are to suggest that I should go out on the ice and do what Sasha does. That said, there is no doubt that I could go out there and skate LP after LP without skating cleanly...just like Sasha =)~ To call Sasha's mental issue "stage fright" is like calling Mt. Everest a pebble.

  • A well deserved silver medal. She put her heart into this performance.
