ive just seen this movie and this was the last part of the Fushigi Yuugi when the suzaku warrior was reborn again and reunite for some mission...and it was a very nice story and happy ending when miaka was pregnant!!!

it's about a girl, Miaka, who gets sucked into a book called "The Universe of the Four Gods," and then becomes the heroine of the story, as it is written as things happen to her. The guy is Tamahome, the love interest, though I think this is OVA, so it's Taka, his real-world reincarnation.

no i've read a book like this, similiar to this, it's really rare to find it. I read it during my childhood, I love to read books so my uncle once gave no lend me to read a book about the universe of the four gods. After reading it I gave it back to him, he went to study in Europe and haven't visit my family since. I'll try to contact him and ask him about it if you really want to read it. It's very interesting.

Nu Kwa was a mythical empress of China and became a goddess after she passed onto the Celestial region. Demons of fire and water who were helped by rebel generals of the empress set out to destroy the world. She began a war against them but one of her giant warriors destroyed part of heaven by knocking over one of the pillars. It caused floods on earth and drowned everything. Nu Kwa stemmed the rising waters using charred reeds and then

Yeahhh.. xD Fushigi Yuugi (i call it Curious Play) was my first ever best anime in year 7. I was still small and didn't really understand the movie so i re-watched it :] It's still really good, gives back memories when i was small x3 how i use to think the OP was sick XD wasn't mature back then, but yeahh.. you should try a new anime, you'd be suprise :D

it's so unfair how miaka ended up with taka instead of the tamahome who went through so many hardships with her. even though taka is his reincarnation, but he ISN'T tamahome. tamahome has greener hair and is so much more handsome and dorky then taka.

It is true that Taka is Tamahome but reborn(explaining for others) since after the last battle, Tamahome actually died but truthfully he was just brought back like all the rest. The only difference was that Tamahome's spirit was transferred into Taka in the human world. So they are the same rather than 2 different characters.

tamahome in 2nd oav ain't real his real name is yosui and the memory jewels of tamahome that were supposed to be for taka was taken by tenkou the evil demon and placed them all inside yosui to make him look like the real tama..but THE TRUTH IS TAKA IS THE REAL TAMAHOME once Taka's memories as tamahome comes back he will be a complete person..no matter what it is TAKA the REAL tamahome who suffered so much for Miaka's sake the one who loved Miaka from the very start NOT YOSUI posing as tamahome.

The 2nd OVA pawns all the OVAS! The first OVA did not even follow with the actual storyline. That is why it may seem confusing to the viewers. It was just a "buffer" for Watase to finish the story. Kinda like a filler.
