  • I have tried this recipe couple of times. Although the gravy comes out great! I get problems with the kofta. When I fry them at that time they are firm and do not break at all. But just before serving when I add the koftas in the gravy, after a little while they start getting very soft and few of then start breaking. What do you think is the reason? What am I doing wrong?

  • You are extremely entertaining, I like watching your recipes very much. Ive had Kofta with raisins in it one time, it added a little sweetness, and was very good. Are raisins an unusual addition to kofta? Could I add raisins to your recipe without upsetting the flavors?

  • yes you can just chop them and use or else raisins when heated will expand and break kofta
