I'm trying to lose some weight and I'm making a list of the dishes which I will cook after I lose those unwanted pounds.. till then....mhhmhhh I will keep watching these videos of this great chef... lol
Chef Garu, ee roju me malai kofta try chesanu. Chala baaga kudhirindi. Ma intelo adharu "super hit" annaru. Chala thanks Andi!! Mee show ante naku bale ishtam!! Instructions toda mushkil hai, lekin, khanna BAHUT accha hai. Ugle vakt murgh makhani pakana chaati hoon. You are awesome!!!! (Hope you understood my post... I'm learning telegu and hindi in addition to cooking)
Wow...This is my favourite dish and every time i visit a restaurant i order only MalaiKofta just like the lil girl Priya..But i never tried making it..Thanks SanjayThummagaru,I'll definitely try this recipe.
I have tried this recipe couple of times. Although the gravy comes out great! I get problems with the kofta. When I fry them at that time they are firm and do not break at all. But just before serving when I add the koftas in the gravy, after a little while they start getting very soft and few of then start breaking. What do you think is the reason? What am I doing wrong?
I donot have words for how to say Thanks..to you....very gud...........can you plz make the video for how to made choclate cake without Egg...I love choclate cake.....its a request to you....Thanks..
Chef, did you forget to use slightly grated paneer when making the sauce? At what stage of the cooking are you ment to put in 'slightly graated paneer'?
I only just discovered your videos (I am upset that I have missed them for so long)! I live in the Uk, neve learned to cook while in India, and am struggling with cookery books. your videos are absolutely fabulous, you are my HERO :)
You are extremely entertaining, I like watching your recipes very much. Ive had Kofta with raisins in it one time, it added a little sweetness, and was very good. Are raisins an unusual addition to kofta? Could I add raisins to your recipe without upsetting the flavors?
I am tamil..I am very much intimidated to cook north indian recipies..they never turn right for me.. thanks for explaining step by step. will surely try this one...
I tried your egg pulusu recipe came out really good.
