  • @ChateauSiran1986 i know this is 6 months old, but once you got the pot decently steaming, thin shelled animal of small sizes such as clams and muscles takes about 5-8 minute. as long as all of the clams are opens its good to go any that are close are bad, but whiles cooking they should bee closed.

  • i made it and replaced the white wine with lemon juice.. AND IT WAS SOOOOOO GOOOD my family LOVED it and the "lots of butter" adds a whole new bursts of flavors.. YOU GUYS SHOULD MAKE IT :)
