Years ago, I had a chicken broccoli casserole dish that I served to my family many times! This much simpler recipe looks delicious...now to figure how to cut it down for just me and hubby:)
All those veggies sound yummy! I need to get this book out and try this recipe. I believe I have all the ingredients, just need to cook up some chicken breast.
What a wonderful "no fuss" easy does it meal idea - Stuffing (in place of noodles or potatoes or rice) is a very nice variety switch. Filling and includes those needed veggies as well!! A couple of your videos throw up the recipe at the end for quick viewing on the spot - NICE added touch! thank you

Hubby doesn't like Cream of Mushroom soup however I have this cookbook and made this recipe and he loved it. It was simple and tasted delicious.
