@GOGesMAGOG Nope, only the one with the kite shield, the axe and the straight sword is Russian. The other one, with a scimitar and a round shield, might be Polovets (Cuman) or some other warrior of the steppes.

Similar coz the Russians have Scythian blood too. Our name Szabrtói and Magyar is 100% Scythian means Subartuan and Magóg-ar means Magogov in Russian, Magogsson in swedish Xd

@GOGesMAGOG Oh yes, Russians and Hungarians are quite similar genetically. In fact, all East/East-Central Europeans are. Check out Dodecad or Eurogenes on the internet if you're interested.

As for the Russian warrior in the video, he is more Viking-like. The kite shield and the axe are typically Scandinavian. (And the straight double-edged sword, too)

I see an Oriental horse archer(the one with the vanbraces and chestplate) with a Norman style shield. To me its pretty apparent a Norman shield doesn't belong. But if you could explain, I'd prefer not to remain ignorant provided I'm wrong.

It's a Russian Druzhinnik (Knyaz's guard).

The Slavs had always used typical eastern armour in the form of lamellar armour and the Rus used them to from at least the 10th century. The specific dates aren't important in this circumstance, but by the 13th century (where I'm assuming the mod's start date is placed) the helmet worn by the armoured horse archer was common among the Russian elite.

Checked their forum. The mod starts in 1157 and ends in 1350.

They are no horse archers. They are Russian nobles, maybe druzhina. It happens that, in Medieval Russia, nobles learned horse archery, but they could fight in other ways.
