Haha! Danke, das Video macht MEHR Mut, weiter zu machen, als das Original-Tutorial. Bei mir (absoluter Anfänger) sieht es inzwischen (nach ca. 2 kg Kaffee-Verbrauch) meist ähnlich aus. Immerhin! denke ich, nach diesem Video, wird schon noch ;-)
This video is great haha.. I posted an out takes video today, just from coffees which didn't make it into any of my other latte art videos. I post a new video every friday. I saw this video is from 2008 and so I'm sure you're crazy talented now.. but for other people out there, pour slowly at the start and you wont have that washing out problem. Take it easy and love coffee.
also deine crema ist schon fast perfekt aber ich würde das ganze etwas ruhiger machen....langsamer eingießen und die tasse auch richitg voll machen....werd mal ne kleine bildcompilation reinstellen...
die Crèma hat nix mit einer gelungenen Zeichnung zu tun, man kann sogar mit komplett Crema-freiem Filterkaffee (und Milchschaum) Latte Art gießen.
Auch ist mir durchaus klar, wie's geht, ich kriege LA sonst eigentlich ziemlich gut hin, nur eben nicht vor der Kamera, da bin ich zu hektisch, deshalb diese (nicht ganz ernst gemeinte) Outtake-Compliation. Es gibt ja auch noch ein 'richtiges' Tutorial.
Thanks for the hints. It's actually not the problem that I can't pour properly, but more that I couldn't when I was shooting the video. Ironically, I wanted to do a how-to video... :-) So, usually, I'm doing well, I just couldn't do it when on camera, that's what this vid was for. But thanks very much for your hints anyway!

ich finde die "misslungenen" bäumchen auch nett. wo steht, wie ein richtiges bäumchen auszusehen hat? es heisst ja latte art, und nicht latte diktat.

with less milk in the pitcher it will automaticaly go better (and slower).
crema and thickness of the milk look good though. basic handmoves as well.

Pour gentle at the beginnig. You are pouring too much milk, and too fast. You are in the way!
