  • Kiddush Hashem

  • I really wish every principal and every teacher had his attitude. People are so quick to give up and take the easy way out these days. 7 principals in 2 years? This man should be rewarded for his continuous efforts.

  • I went to 22 back in the late 50s and it was a good school then. Glad to see it's come back some.

They should make a movie about this guy and his story.

  • WHAT SCHOOL IS THIS

  • holy shit i went to that damn school

  • WELL I WAS A STUDENT IN 22x 4TEaRZ AGO...AND SOME OF THE THINGS HE SAID WAS A LIE ABOUT US HE USE TO TALK BAD ABOUT US AND HE COULDNT WAIT 4 US TO LEAVE BUT I DONT CARE BECAUSE IM IN 10TH/11TH GRADE

P.S AND WHERE IS HE NOW HE LEFT THOSE OTHER KIDS 8C

  • I like when he says "life is too short to be scared, live life to its fullest, life is fun no matter what you do" I think he's right. I like this positive way of thinkin.

    Peace !

  • a latino jew? now i've seen it all. he tells the students to take off their hats they should tell him to take off his silly yamaca hat

  • Too bad you are so full of hate.

  • yeah u should try to be peacefull, it feels better !

  • Every minority school should have a beat on whitey period. That way all the frustration would be taken out in a politically correct fashion.

  • "RezaDemocrat"

McCain was a Republican(same stuff as bush) and Palin was an unexperienced CUNT

    good thing Obama won

  • my friend used to go to that school, he was like 14 at the time and i was like 15 i used to walk with him to that school and then i would go to my school 166 a couple of blocks away, then like 2 hours later we would leave school and go play video games at his house lol

now im a drop out and im 16

  • Get back to school NOW kid. Or get that GED. It's the only way things will ever be decent in life for you. The pay at McDonald's will suck and dealing drugs will get you serious prison time.

The world runs on math and science, and you have to be able to write.

  • Im 17 now, i needed to be at least 17 to go for my GED, i will start next month, thank you for your advice, really apreciate it, but i also deal with anxiety and i went tru depression, reasons for why i dropped out, so it wasnt all because i was lazy.

  • You live and learn. It's all right. The school system in NYC sucks, and it can cause those problems you are describing. It's not all your fault. When you have uninspired teaching and incompetent admins, it makes life hard, ESPECIALLY for intelligent, good kids who have to be surrounded with senseless violence and kids who just don't care. If you're bright and resilient you will make it, though.

    Good luck.

  • I guess you're right, i have learned alot, but i payed for all ive learned, a price i hope to never pay again, i will do my best to get my diploma, i will try n concentrate n get my life strait, i hate waking up knowing im still a nobody. but thank u so much for ur advice, dats all i really need, support from others. thank u.

  • but also its every school =/ in my private school like half of them do weed. and also the "bad" children should b really blaming the parents who didnt use the steel hand...my mom has titanium hands but everyone once in a while she puts on the silk glove and lets me go to the park with my friends.

  • they'r rnt threatning freedom. And btw the "thugs" are separated from the other kids. Also the good kids have no other option but to go to that school. Thru my middle school i now go to private school.

  • A long time ago their was this principal there whom they used to call Mr. Green. He was a mean man. He was principal back in the 70s.

  • u cant just give up on them. especially if their in 5-8th grade. change starts with educations

  • this makes me tears cuz just a couple of years ago the school was an empty cloud. And i live literally 3 blocks away from me. And it makes me happy to know the community is bettering.

  • i understand wat u mean but still =/

  • Ok and the problem is.

    Come on.

  • Too much to write . I have it all documented

He did a lot of terrible things to the children and broke many rules and laws

  • soffffttttt yooouuuthhhss

  • becuz no matter weather ur a thug or a normal person u have the right to an education it depends weather then want to take it or leave it

  • This school is terrible

The Principal in the video is an evil man

  • What's evil about this principle??

  • i go to this skool !

  • My mother went to this school from 1969-1972. JHS 22 was bad back then. She told me stories about it. Kids used to set fire to the closets almost everyday and the fire department had to come to put it out. She even told me there was this principal named Mr. Solomon and the kids were so bad. They wanted Mr. Solomon out of there. She even told me one day how the kids gained access to the roof and were throwing things and they were protesting, "We want Mr. Solomon". He left afterwards.
