@Chrisabad1 Yeah Chris, for sure. The first thing I would recommend doing is replacing the chassis with either an aftermarket one such as the TCS X-trail like the one used in this video or Axial's SCX-10 chassis. I would personally recomend the latter.. However if you would like to accomplish this on a budget, you could remove the original body mounts and shock mounts from the CK chassis. Remove the springs from your shocks and flip them upside down, then re- mount them to the chassis itself.
@Chrisabad1 You may need to make brakets to mount them higher for a lower stance... Line up the wheel wells on the body and measure the distance from the front of the chassis to the back of the front bumper. Then make a U shaped bracket from some aluminum or what ever you can get your hands on 1 1/2 inches longer. Mount that to the outside of the chassis and battery tray with 4 screws and lock nuts on each side. Do the same to the rear. Now run 2 screws through the bumpers into the brackets! ;)
@Chrisabad1 You will also have to trim the interior to clear the motor mount and trim the edges off of the wheel wells so the tires will rub smoothly. Also it helps to run a thicker oil in a droop setup if your not using internal springs, especially with CK shocks... Good luck!
