All you 90% of people accused of rape are charged and arrested; based on the accusers statement alone. 95% of the people charged with a crime in this country take a plea bargain. I work with an Attorney who takes on 1,800 new sexual assault cases a year. out of all those two have been sent to jail for sexual assault. Not because she's this great attorney; more often than not when the alleged crime is investigated by real investigators the story starts to unravel.

In Sno County jail its called 5 North, or protective custody. They do not put false accusers in jail; the laws are set up to protect these people. I was in a similar situation and after rejecting deal after deal we finally got ready to go to trial. 24hrs before trial the prosecution told us that anyone who testified on my behalf would be charged with kidnapping since they were there as witnesses but did not contact the police regarding the runaway and I would be charged as an accomplice. I did 8 months for a crime I did not commit.

Being falsely accused of rape is even worse than actually getting raped. Being raped is a terrible thing, but being falsely accused can be the worst thing ever. When you're raped, you feel terrible, I get it, though you get sympathy, media coverage, writing deals, etc. But when you are falsely accused of rape, you are an innocent man who is hated by society for the rest of your life. In the second incident, I also haven't seen the entire video, because it was also edited, and the time stamp was covered up by the TV logo. They either molested that lady on camera and edited the video later, or they molested her off camera.

1) False accusations can ruin reputations and result in wrongful imprisonment. This sort of thing ruins lives, much like rape.
2) Women who do this sort of thing undermine the efforts of anti-rape activists and disrespect actual rape victims. REAL rape victims have their allegations called into question because of people who do these things, and that's why it's so hard to convict a REAL rapist.

From my understanding, rape is criminal offense. Criminal offenses must be proven beyond reasonable doubt and the onus is on the plaintiff to establish proof.

In Sno County jail its called 5 North, or protective custody. They do not put false accusers in jail; the laws are set up to protect these people. I was in a similar situation and after rejecting deal after deal we finally got ready to go to trial. 24hrs before trial the prosecution told us that anyone who testified on my behalf would be charged with kidnapping since they were there as witnesses but did not contact the police regarding the runaway and I would be charged as an accomplice. I did 8 months for a crime I did not commit.

This makes me so incredibly angry. Someone very close to me was raped in high school by a teacher, and more than 30 years later, she are still in therapy. Rape is being taken less and less seriously in our society because of these kind of things. It is my personal belief that women (or men) who falsely claim rape need to be thrown in prison for a VERY LONG TIME, and maybe even put to death. I also think REAL rapists should automatically be charged with the death penalty.

Being falsely accused of rape is even worse than actually getting raped. Being raped is a terrible thing, but being falsely accused can be the worst thing ever. When you're raped, you feel terrible, I get it, though you get sympathy, media coverage, writing deals, etc. But when you are falsely accused of rape, you are an innocent man who is hated by society for the rest of your life. Plus it is extremely hard to get a job, face your friends and family, and not to mention the jail time.

The first video clip mysteriously jumps from 10:59 - 16:03, with five minutes and four seconds obviously cut out by the police, who were in possession of the videotape and had ample motive to do so.
The missing five minutes and four seconds is obviously the time that the rape occurred, and that is why it's edited out.

In the second incident, I also haven't seen the entire video, because it was also edited, and the time stamp was covered up by the TV logo. They either molested that lady on camera and edited the video later, or they molested her off camera.
I believe everything these innocent victims of police sexual brutality say, and these police belong in prison.

She should be in jail for a minimum of 10 years, fined for perjury, lose her job, her home, her children, and her bank account. If her DOMESTIC TERRORISM scheme had succeeded then the fraudulently accused police officer would be facing the jail time and loss of his freedoms and property. It's bad because people will tend to believe a crying woman over some dude for some reason when charges are brought up. I think it has to do with some instincts that are in us to protect females or some sh!t. But I don't think there should be a harsh penalty for false accusations, because that would make it harder for females to confess if they felt guilty about sending an innocent guy to jail.

Lucky the Camera was in place and working if not this Police Officer might as well have contemplated suicide! Imagine being arrested, jailed, losing your job, livelihood, the effect on family until hopefully he could try and prove his innocence another way! Devastating! And even if cleared, the stigma does not go away! ALL ON the word of one wicked woman who thinks she can challenge authority because it’s a man enforcing it -and she has more powers! In china they have this policy where if you falsely accuse someone of a crime you recieve the sentence they would recieve. Chinas false rape rate is below 2%.
Eugene kanin study (found on my channel) confirms a 41% false rape rate, US airforce study confirms a 60% false rape rate, I guarentee u if we had chinas policy the FR rate would skyrocket down to below 2% because women would know they can no loger get away with it.
But the US would never do that as it would put many women in jail

Ok what happens to the videos where the cops do violate people rights, what happens to then. When a citizen sues and the cops are ordered to produce that video . Are they going to obey that order and give up evidence that will put one of their buddies in jail or , are they going to hide it. 1) False accusations can ruin reputations and result in wrongful imprisonment. This sort of thing ruins lives, much like rape.
2) Women who do this sort of thing undermine the efforts of anti-rape activists and disrespect actual rape victims. REAL rape victims have their allegations called into question because of people who do these things, and that's why it's so hard to convict a REAL rapist.

Worse is the false report would be taken and the man would have night mare fight. After the man would be cleared in court (some may not be able to do to lack of tapes) but still the man constantly would be treated as guilty and abuser before the court and after the court even after proven innocent. I'm actually confused about the whole rape thing.
From my understanding, rape is criminal offense. Criminal offenses must be proven beyond reasonable doubt and the onus is on the plaintiff to establish proof.
So when the girl accused the officer of rape. Why did the chief make the statement: "without the camera it would have been difficult for the officer to prove his innocent"
Wouldn't the women have to prove to the court that the she was raped by the officer?

Pay costs and restitution to the office.
