i got a 4 cyl in my yj, swappin in an ls1 next month, its ok around town, highway sucks, trails its actually really nice because its light, only offroad problem it has is when you need a lot of wheel speed, but crawling its fine

I'm running a '90 YJ with a detroit locker in the rear 33" x 12.5 x 15 mickey's and a 3 body lift and get good articulation, there is more then enough pocket room for those as for the jeep wave rule, it's a jeep thing you wouldn't understand.

the 07 wrangler has a 6 speed manual but you can pay a extra 800 or so for a 4 speed automatic
