awesome review. I couldn't agree more. Devon Sawa did such a great job in the original by making us care about his character but flash forward to this piece of shit and Mary Elizabeth Winstead's wooden performance as lead actress and wow did this suck. No named actors, terrible script, overblown cgi, and plot holes the size of Texas made me hate this movie even though I like the first 2 entries.

It's good that they had teenagers as main characters cuz they really don't understand what's going on and how to stop in as opposed to adults. also the reason they had the 2 girls naked was to show how voulnerable their skin was to the heat. it was also unique how they used the photographs. annd they can't just grab people and tell them that death is comming because they'll think thet're insane. your movie review sucks!!!

Dude, I totally agree with your opinion of this film. The 1st one was better than I expected it to be. The 2nd one wasn't as good as the 1st one, but the ending was really funny. But the 3rd one = TOTAL CRAP! The script, the actors, the acting = CRAP! At least the actors in the 1st film (and most of the 2nd) were good actors! It's a shame how the movie biz is ripping off the kids nowadays with all these sucky remakes and sequels.

In final destination 2, Wendy didn't have to die to save the baby.She just THOUGHT she did. She though the white van she seen crashing into the lake was the pregnant woman (Isabella?) and that Isabella had to be saved in order for the plan to work and no-one else to die. The van Wendy seen was actually the ambulance she later drove into the lake, the baby had nothing to do with the plan. The "new life" was Wendy dying and been brought back to life.The baby was a wild goose chase.

Yeah anyone could make a sequel to the first one or second and everyone would be looking for hints and clues to how a character is going to get it, but what gives it some weight is how they get to that point and what connection they have to the chain of events that started in the first movie.

What annoyed me the most was the stereotypical high school cast. The previous two had a variety in their cast, in which some of them were at least a little intellectual. Everyone in this movie were just so utterly STUPID that it was frustrating.

The nudity part was also extremely tasteless. But, you know, can't satisfy those hormones without a little bouncing boobies, I guess.

I can't believe anyone could ever take this movie seriously.

Personally, I think that if these movies were treated more as psychological horror (similar to the first) and not a KILLEVERYONEGORE flick, the "Final Destination" series would be a LOT more respectable. Ah well.

(Continued:) Take Alex from the original. He was the last person to be killed in the design, and Clear mentioned in the second movie that she and Alex had been avoiding Death for months before he was eventually killed. Even after you avoid death once, the design starts all over again, thus, the remaining people are more vulnerable, including the last person kill who also had the premonition.

I don't blame your hatred for this movie. It was truly horrid. I especially agree with you about the ending, the immortality thing, and most of all the fact that they do nothing but talk. In the previous ones they all tried to help each other so they all DON'T die. In this one they don't even DO anything. Nothing even seems -remotely- suspicious to them that suddenly their classmates are dying. HELLO? Oh, but let's not do anything until we're all dead. Sure.
