The whole soundtrack is from an edit of the soundtrack from "Requiem for a Dream." I think this edit is called "Requiem for a Tower" and is the mix used in the trailers for "The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers."

Biting rats is not good for your dental health. Please don't do that. :D
